Delivery order supposed to arrive Fri. night 9-11. I waited up and it was never delivered. App kept saying it was coming. I called store and they were like "silly lady your order is not coming tonight." (obviously not verbatim - some sarcasm is necessary to get me through this - but it was the attitude!!) I changed it to pick up for Sat between 11a- noon (note that time!!). This was huge a inconvenience as I am a caregiver to an alzheimers patient- I got to store at 1240pm and order not ready !! Are you F'ing kidding me? It was supposed to be ready at 9 pm and it still was not ready by almost 1pm the next day? Again..... when it was supposed to be ready by their timelines offered on their app! You were out of stock for 1 of the main things i wanted!! "Too bad so sad". They did not care at all. Do you know what local store did? They gave me an 800 number to call - get ready...it was an AI bot!! I canceled my Walmart plus membership after this horrible experience (imagine this!) and they prorated the membership - keeping $10!!! For the liove of sweet baby Jesus.... this company made $19 Billion dollars profit last year but they are going to take it from a caregiver (which is why I needed the order delivered and delivered when they promised it!) you could improve by: * living up to your end of agreement - if you say you will deliver 9-11pm then do it! If you say pick up is 11am & customer comes at 12:40 pm it sure as helll should be ready * if you do mess up try to make it right!! have back up emergency drivers (store management?) * when you F up you need to be offering $10-20 gift cards for YOUR mistake!!! That would be cheaper than all of this negative publicity! * giving a full refund when people cancel Walmart+ account when it was due to YOUR ERRORS!! * much better customer service training and offers to "make things right" * better software so it's giving real time info to customer I would be happy to do some zoom trainings to your staff.... please just let me know. read more

Don't go for anything servicing your vehicle related! Got tires done on Oct 30, called the store Nov 26th(not even a month later) after I noticed my tires PSI way low. Mind you, it's on a truck I don't drive daily. They told me it's normal with cold temps to drop, which I am aware, however the last tire was still holding at 65 when all the others were at 15psi. The girl on the phone questioned what kind of vehicle I had, I told her and then she asked if I got the extra warranty since my bead seal was probably failing. I said no, but don't you guys offer a warranty on your work? Since you know, it's not even been 30 days. Nope, we can't help you. Unless you want to bring them back in and PAY MORE for us to fix the issue. Just don't go, it'll save you a headache. Especially since they won't fix their mistakes/errors. Took my vehicle elsewhere to be correctly mounted/sealed. Will never be back. read more

Not even worth giving one star. Store supervisor Danielle refused to help, sent me away as she was on break. Only one lane open, and backed up through women's clothings. Thank god for vision as I had lost my phone, but they called my contacts to get back to me they had it. Only good thing about this store read more

This is the place I come to get my Jeep Wrangler oil changed. The guys in the shop are absolutely incredible. The oil change service is top notch people are friendly and if you deal with the right people usually the manager then I will get in and out. Great experience and could go get my oil changed anywhere but I come here because of how friendly people are with the manager that's in there right now with the big beard! read more

I have lived in Ionia for the past 10 yrs. This Walmart sucks because of the lack of customer service. I just thought sometimes things were bad every now and again...but nope the same for 10 straight years. #1) 50 people or more in line with only one live cashier. They clearly see the back up and do Nothing. I have talked to a manager on this issue many times for years. They just give you a canned answer like things are going to change..lol #2) If you call to ask information on a product the people there try to do as little as possible to help you. GO TO MEIJER if you want faster check out and better service. read more

This Walmart is the worse one I have ever been to. It never has more than 1 checkout lane open if you are getting a lot. And they can page for more help up front but no one answers the page. But at the self checkout lanes there is always 2 clerks standing around. I am going to start going to one somewhere else which means about a hour drive. read more
