This is the absolute worst store when it comes to customer service. But in Grand Rapids, it seems instead of waiting on customers they would rather a woman just stand there and mark things down then serve customers. And management seems to care less that people are frustrated and angry . Is this how a customer service base should be in this day and age? We got a great deal online for a bunch of clothes for the kids for Christmas, and then we went to pick them up at the store. The receipt email gave super clear instructions, so we parked in the pickup spot, checked in through the email and then an employee brought our order to the open trunk without any contact (or effort on our part). This makes shopping so much easier!!
