We both didn't answer immediately and she asked us questions that directed us in the right way. We told her we like goofy costumes. She did not disappoint when she named off some different ideas. She took her time, we all had fun trying on costumes, and we found the perfect one. All staff was very friendly. You do have to pay a rental deposit that you do get back once you return the costume. I called Kostume Room at about 11pm on a Saturday night, and was shocked that I not only got an answer, but the woman who answered was SUPER helpful. She went to the back to see if there were any of the items left that I was searching for, and there was JUST ONE! So she saved it for me and told me that she would get it shipped out ASAP and will get to me in time for my event. Not only do they have an awesome price point -- I heard some of the workers in the background being super helpful to find the item as well even tho everybody was off work and off the clock. I'm allowed to shop here for more than just accessories ;) Some of the current merchandise is nowhere near the quality of prior decades, so it often helps to check things out in person before buying online. Crewcuts (the kids' line) is hit and miss with quality, often overpriced and usually only worth it if you are picking up items from the clearance rack (and even then, make sure there's an additional markdown or a coupon.) Honestly, I'm not sure I would shop here that frequently if we still had a Gap store at Woodland.

Not that it matters but I'm wearing Ugg slip on shoes, cropped gray slacks, a white blouse and a hobo purse. No one spoke a word to me and I was the only customer in the store. When I asked if they had any scarves, the guy just turned away and the other girl showed me what they had. It was minimal conversation basically just directing me to the scarves. I don't think I have ever been treated that way in a clothing store. It was so rude and uncomfortable. I will not go back.
