Not one delivery date they provided was accurate--every promised date ended up being pushed more than 30 days past what I was told at purchase. When I attempted to cancel, they couldn't even manage that. First I was told the vendor hadn't acknowledged the order, so cancellation wasn't possible. After escalating through customer service, the store supervisor, and finally the store manager, suddenly the order was acknowledged--but now they 'needed to contact the vendor' before canceling. Meanwhile, the charge had already hit my credit card. To make matters worse, despite spending nearly $10,000, not a single item qualified for free shipping. Stores like Menards and Home Depot waive shipping on orders over $200 without hesitation. This place operates like wolves in sheepskin. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
