The building has been here a long time, so it looks a little old fashioned and maybe a bit run down from the outside so it looks like it could be miss. There's a store or two that have some great sweatshirts and other souvenir items, though it really does have a vast selection of clothing. Another store has some clothing as well, and toys and goodies. There's one store that's truly a toy store. And there's an arcade in there, I think. But the carousel! It's huge and beautiful and cool. All but a couple of the animals move and there's a bench or two for those who aren't about the bobbing animals. My daughter had never been on a carousel before and she loved it. As soon as the carousel stopped she started saying and signing "more" so we immediately went on another spin on the merry go round. She later went on it again with my sister. The cost for the carousel is $5 per ride as of July 2025.

They have a wide selection of men's and women's clothing, hats and some children's goods as well as mugs and magnets and such. Super friendly staff and fair prices. I got some very nice gloves that are nicer than the ones I forgot at home. I also purchased a very nice and soft, comfy oversized sweater.

They had a clear section with stuff for up to 18 months and then like small for kids, but that was too big for my two year old and I wasn't going to spend too much time looking if they weren't going to make it easy.

We've been in the store a couple times over the years looking for tie-die t-shirts and hoodies, of which they usually have a great selection. The day we went "finding," we didn't see a single adult size tie-die t-shirt in the whole store (we searched the whole town that day, actually) so will have to try again at some point. The real draw, in my opinion, is the selection of kites. Really good quality too. The nearby beach is the perfect place to fly them too. We usually visit tourist beach towns like Long Beach mid-week when kids are still in school so we've never had an issue with spotty customer service. So many complaints from other Yelpers makes me think you reap what you sow. Many people come in with kids making noise and running all over the place, touching everything, etc. If I were a shop owner or worker I'd get a tad perturbed too. Just saying. Will definitely be going back to Stormin Norman's next time we're in town. ZOLTAR even meets you at the door and can tell your personal fortune for a small fee.

I had an oat milk latte and it was great--I'm always happy when I feel that the lattes I have while out are better than the ones I make myself at home. Ramy just had some black coffee and also says his beverage was nice. This place had so many cute items for sale: from hydro flasks to rifle mugs to a beautiful stacked tea kettle. I want to go back tomorrow to maybe take a little souvenir home with me from here. Cafe Latte is taking all appropriate COVID measures. Everyone is required to wear masks and social distance, there is no dine-in (I don't think there was pre-COVID either). I'm glad we stopped in!
