They have so many unique goodies whether shopping for a gift or yourself: prints and other artwork, stationary, ceramics (including such cute mugs), art supplies (indigenous handmade paints!), bath and body items (Wato soap, yes please!), housewares, treats, adorable accessories and clothing, etc. Many items are local, too! They are always really friendly and nice in the shop, and it's just such a pleasure to wander. I honestly think my mom, sisters, and I nearly spent an hour there. If you can, time it so you can check out the Sunday Astoria Farmers market while there. Parking is not great as it's right in the middle of downtown Astoria, but that's just the nature of the beast, and worth it!

When I confronted the employee working, she said that she knew I was getting charged the tax for the full item, but still did nothing, and did not give me my money back. From what I know- this is actually illegal, to overcharge a customer on sales tax. This is such a dishonest way to run a business- who knows how long they have been doing this to people.
