I told her that my service dog does not go the bathroom in stores. then tells me that she is closing the store.and there are people walking round inside when she closes the door and locks it. This very, very old lady kept appearing literally a foot away from my daughter and I as we were trying to shop and would just stare and watch us. Never asked us if she could help us. I was so uncomfortable with her being on top of us, that I told my daughter to put back the $50 sweatshirt I was going to buy her. I mean, I was wearing a $200 North Face Jacket, my $175 Hooka shoes, and $400 coach purse. But this lady treated me as if I walked into her store with a trash bag on. Has a really decent Plus Size section, clothing does run on the smaller side and doesn't go past 3X which fits more like a 20. No men's wear over XXL so plus size for men doesn't really exist in store at at least. Would shop again! Friendly staff!

I found some tie dyed sweat pants with the elastic cuffs and she got herself that hoody and opted for the transfer. I forwent the transfer because I thought having "juicy" emblazoned across my backside might not be the best thing for a straight white male. The gentleman manning the press was nice. He had a good sense of humor. I could tell he deals with picky tourists all day. He's a better man than I am. I wouldn't last 10 minutes doing what he does. The store is quite large and takes up most of a small shopping strip so there is a very large selection of tourist clothing and chotchkies to peruse.

She was able to come back today the next day (wednesday) and she just wanted to exchange then for the same pants that didn't have a missing button. They refused to exchange them and charged her the $1.80 and told her since it isn't senior Tuesday today that there was nothing they could do. There is always something you can do. I don't think that's right. My mom is on a fixed income and doesn't buy things for herself often. Sure it's only $1.80 but my mom was clearly upset about it and $1.80 makes a difference for some people.
