This was a very quaint and chic store. We also found the prices to be incredibly reasonable. While we were the only ones in the store, we did feel completely ignored. That was unfortunate because we were looking for some gifts for our friend back east and without any help from an associate, we eventually just gave up and left. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to not wanting to approach us, even with everyone wearing masks. read more

If the owner, Chelsea, offered a service where she just sent me a wardrobe and a lifestyle all year, I would pay for it. This shop is basically that. I've bought shirts, pants, dresses, new things, vintage things, candles, soaps, you name it from Hello Doe. I'm truly obsessed. The shop is beautiful, the staff is always nice. The prices aren't cheap, but the items Chelsea stocks aren't made poorly. They're soft as butter (like one pair of sweatpants I have from there) or make you look like you're the trendiest person on the coast (hello mustard crop top). Don't sleep on this place. If you're in Astoria, make a plan to drop in - I promise you'll find something to love. read more

This is a shop I would expect to see in Portland, and I was so excited to find it in Astoria! The owner has a great curated selection of clothes, jewelry, beauty items, records, and some vintage finds. The mens section is pretty great too. Gorgeous shop that is warm, cozy and smells lovely to boot! Beautiful products and a sweet little record selection, as well as a very kind owner. Unfortunately no real clothing options for those of us who are not fashion-magazine-sized, which is too bad because I'd have bought much more than accessories and records if all sizes were honored. (Sadly in Astoria there's nothing...one has to go to a crappy big box store in Warrenton or go online...just to buy basics). This store is my absolute favorite boutique to shop at! It's located in the historic John Jacob Astor Hotel, so the building is already super cool. The awesome lady who owns the place is the absolute sweetest, and always dresses so darn cute! The customer service is so genuine, not to much but just enough to feel taken care of. You can find everything from rad clothes and accessories to awesome records, home stuff, and ladies and mens beauty products! Everything is reasonably priced, and now I saw they have a little igloo fridge stocked with complimentary beverages, how cute! read more
