Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.

My wife asked if she can just bring in light bulb box and dimensions instead of having someone come out for quote. Lady on phone told her no. So appointment was set. 2 guys came to house, spent 20 seconds here and quote for almost $1000. We declined the quote. Now they are sending a bill for $150 for service fee. Nobody told us about this fee, its nowhere on their website, and management is not responding to emails or calls. Horrible customer service and shitty management to not respond. This bill will never be paid and we will never use them or their store for anything.

They had availability in the next week, and we agreed they would come on July 8th. I would be charged $80 for the service call, which I agreed to pay. The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Soon after a tech named Brian texted with me and asked for some more details on the model number as well as some pictures so he could get me a quote. I sent them on July 12th. I was happy knowing I had what seemed to be a responsive pool company that would help me with my issues, however..... That was the last time I had communication with them. I reached out several times via text and by calling the office. Zero response via text and the office always promised a manager would call. But they never once did. I finally called today (July 23rd) and asked for a refund on my service call. But it turns out they had never charged me. I do not attribute this to their kindheartedness, but rather to their disfunction as a business. I am not sure why they decided to waste my time and ignore me, perhaps my job just wasn't worth their time. But in the end, I have come to this conclusion: it is my opinion that if you need pool service in the greater Memphis area, look elsewhere. I am already working with another company that treats me with just a little bit like a valuable customer.

He flat out refused. It was very frustrating. I finally had to move forward without the report. I would never work with this company again. Avoid at all cost!
