Are you tired of being treated like just another account by the large pool service companies? Call Wally, he actually appreciates your business and it shows. I look forward to letting Wally handle my pool maintenance. One less thing to worry about and I'll feel good about helping out a small business. Wally's prices are reasonable (less than the big box pool companies and you get better service) and he's responsive when you call. A final thought, if you use a large company for your pool maintenance, they don't care if you are dissatisfied. The people doing the work are just there for a check and don't care about you or your equipment, or your pool. Wally is a small business owner and he definitely cares. He wants his business to be successful and it shows. As a fellow small business owner, I appreciate that and I will absolutely give him my pool maintenance business going forward.

They had availability in the next week, and we agreed they would come on July 8th. I would be charged $80 for the service call, which I agreed to pay. The service tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem as a faulty control board. Soon after a tech named Brian texted with me and asked for some more details on the model number as well as some pictures so he could get me a quote. I sent them on July 12th. I was happy knowing I had what seemed to be a responsive pool company that would help me with my issues, however..... That was the last time I had communication with them. I reached out several times via text and by calling the office. Zero response via text and the office always promised a manager would call. But they never once did. I finally called today (July 23rd) and asked for a refund on my service call. But it turns out they had never charged me. I do not attribute this to their kindheartedness, but rather to their disfunction as a business. I am not sure why they decided to waste my time and ignore me, perhaps my job just wasn't worth their time. But in the end, I have come to this conclusion: it is my opinion that if you need pool service in the greater Memphis area, look elsewhere. I am already working with another company that treats me with just a little bit like a valuable customer.
