Precision Pools is a life saver. I woken up up Friday to a half empty pool. I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.

Over the past couple months, we have been working on getting quotes from pool contractors for a…read moregunite pool installation in our back yard. We knew this project would not be an easy and relatively average pool installation because of the shape and drainage issues we have. We found it interesting that every contractor had different ideas and opinions on everything from the overall layout to the equipment and upkeep. After all was said and done, we narrowed the selection to Mid-South Pool Builders and Serenity Hardscapes. Both fell directly in the middle of the quote range and were only $70 apart on the final quote. After careful consideration, the final decision was not that difficult. June at Mid-South Pool Builders was dead on with her 3-D rendering of the completed project. We made a couple minor changes, but they found a way to give us exactly what we had envisioned as the completed project. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a gunite pool. They are also A+ rated on BBB. We are looking forward to getting this started. We will post updates later.

The second and last time we used Foster's the owner, the older gentlemen, delivered our hot tub. We paid for the hot tub to be delivered and put on our back porch. It was supposed to be an easy delivery. We have a screened in back porch and we measured to make sure the hot tub would go through the door and it would fit. The older gentleman informed us that it would not fit through the door and left the tub in the drive way. We had to find a way to move the hot tub onto the back porch.

Andy was very responsive and had answers quickly during the design phase. Very knowledgeable and helps you see your vision before the ground is dug. Drew was awesome during the build phase of the pool. He also answered questions quickly and if he couldn't get back that day he always responded the next. Both of these guys were very polite and always made sure we were getting what we wanted. Even after they turned the pool over to us, they are still answering questions we have and really care they gave us a good product. With it being such an investment, we appreciate them being there when we need them. If you have any doubt about choosing a pool builder, don't with Premier. We would use them all over again. Only have 1 complaint during the build process, and that was Drew is a big LSU fan.. Don't hold that against him. He did a spectacular job with our dream pool!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It has been over 7 months since…read moreconstruction on my pool began, and the project is still not complete. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into a 7 months, and counting, nightmare. The issues started from the very beginning and continued throughout the entire process, from the pitch and excavation to the decking and concrete work, which was installed without rebar. Dirt removal was another challenge, they removed it when I told them several times I needed it for grading. Even worse, there is a noticeable crunching sound from gravel beneath the pool when walking on the tanning ledge. I was told this is "normal," but it certainly does not inspire confidence in the quality of the installation. To be fair, the owners and staff are very friendly and personable. Unfortunately, being nice does not make up for a lack of communication, accountability, or follow through. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear, then disappear for weeks at a time with little to no updates. Their "pool school" was also disappointing and provided very little value. One recurring explanation for delays and missed commitments has been employee turnover and internal miscommunication. After months of excuses, I no longer find those explanations credible. As the customer, I should not have to suffer the consequences of their staffing or management issues. A swimming pool is a major investment. You are trusting a company with tens of thousands of dollars and expecting professionalism, quality workmanship, and timely communication. In my experience, this company failed to deliver on all three. If you are considering this company, I strongly encourage you to do extensive research and continue shopping around before signing a contract. 0/10, I would not recommend! Buyer beware. (Oh, For the terrible decking/concrete pour they gave me free cool decking that they claimed they subcontracted out. They didn't! Premier Pools did it themselves and didn't finish. I wasn't surprised, that's just how they do business.) RUN! UPDATE: We finally did a night swim and with the pool lights on, you can see clearly see the bulges/bubbles on the deep end floor. The foundation was not smooth when they installed it. Crunch, Crunch, Crunch
