End of it Sam argued, didn't care and said it is my choice to be a member and I could find somewhere else. Sam doesn't understand I do my chemo treatment Monday afternoon and my routine includes coming to the gym for mind body and spirt before the infusion center. This is not about a sauna thing this is about a routine I've been doing for a year and some employee with zero care. Sam didn't know and doesn't care because Sam is all about Sam. Anyway end of the day Sam is right. I can choose any gym and just start a new Monday routine there. Please don't hire anymore like Sam. I just spoke to the manager who took time to hear me. There's ATC right down the street that I can $25 for and go to all 20 of them! It's just not worth it to me ! There's only one Germantown athletic club and fifty other clubs that have more than one! Our experience was a lot different than the reviews we read or the recommendations we had from…read more"word of mouth." We went with Butler because of how highly recommended they were. Unfortunately, our experience was less than that. Any notice from the company that we received was of very short notice. I checked in multiple times via text with Renee on the anticipated date for delivery of pool and the initial dig date and she never asked for any additional money during these texts. We had already paid the initial deposit. Then, once they obtained the pool, we were expected to bring a check at the drop of a dime or else we were going to be "pushed back more." It felt like a "threat." There was no heads up, so we left work to do that and still ended up being told that we were going to be delayed. She was extremely unprofessional on the phone during this discussion. The workers who installed/did all the hard labor were great and the overall pool is good. Unfortunately there was poor communication between Joe/Renee and the workers about an extra drain in some additional concrete that we paid for and was already added into our initial contract. The drain was "forgotten" per the words of Joe due to having multiple pools being placed this week and high temperatures outside. Instead of this being fixed, we got a "sorry" and they attempted to bandaid it. We likely will have to replace the concrete later on down the road because of water still settling under it. To top off my frustrations, the assistant, Renee, tried to say the drain was not in our original contact. I quickly sent her screenshots of our text conversations with proof and her only response was "you will have to discuss with Joe." The issue was never resolved. When "pool school" came, the man asked if salt had been added yet, we told him we were not sure, he realized there wasn't and expressed frustration that there is poor communication and he would be back to dump salt and train us. He did a quick run down of the system and how to manage it and told us to check our levels in the coming next weeks, well... the salt was too high and when we reached out, we felt dismissed and that our business was not appreciated at all. Lastly, upon final inspection, the inspector advised we needed a rope to split the shallow/deep ends. We were unaware. I discussed with the pool school instructor who said Renee should have taken care of that knowing we lived in Olive Branch area and it's required. Overall, I am very disappointed in our experience and am sad to say I would not recommend the company. I feel that I was charged extra for something that was not provided/agreed upon. My recommendation, if you proceed with this company is to have everything in writing and the contract needs to be EXTREMELY specific. I was too lax and uneducated at the time but will not make those kind of mistakes again.

It can get loud in there with multiple classes at the same time sharing the space as well with gym members in furthest lane especially when Gym members turn on the hot tub. Kids are not allowed in there. The pool water is heated but is not warm enough occasionally which is out of swim schools hands since it's managed by the gym. With the smaller classes I feel like they are able to progress and process new techniques faster. There are a few benches for a parent to observe. Changing tents provided. I wish I had thought to take the picture before I turned on the hose! The pictures show what it looked like after filling up for an hour! Quantum Pool said they "would see if the could get someone by in the next few days. In other words, they couldn't care less. I called Precision Polls desperate to find someone to fix the problem Dane took my call and was at our house in about an hour, immediately realized what was happening for the most part and fixed the leak before leaving. I had to ask him if he would take over servicing the pool! To say he didn't hard sell me is an understatement. Precision Pools is very consumer conscious about fees (even recommended that we drop to two visits a month until the weather gets hot again, saving me a ton of money. Dane in one day made me a fan and I already called someone I know at Quantom Pools to tell them about this Precision Pools and how easy they were to deal with. The really great thing is they also do landscaping work. I have found a company that can two jobs to replace people I have been frustrated with in the past.
