Everyone else wanted to come out and look at the door before committing...as if they didn't know what a spring costs in terms of parts and time to install (eye roll here)...and I sensed the probability of pressure tactics as if you'd be more anxious to just get it over with if you'd already waited just to get an estimate. ALL STAR communicated well, showed earlier than promised, and made free minor adjustments not related to the spring installation. I DO NOT THINK YOU CAN FIND BETTER PRICING OR SERVICE ELSEWHERE. A+++ in my experience.

Solid easy transaction…read more I am not sure why I waited so long to get them to come out and fix my garage door. It makes me feel like a dumbass that I assumed the worst case scenario and avoided calling for a repair. It was a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. I made the call on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. They called ahead of time of the appointment and arrived on time. My door would not open or close all of the way on its own anymore. I figured I needed a whole new door opener. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and actually talked me out of buying the new opener. He suggested we try changing the control board first and see if fixed it. That sun of a gun was right! It was the control board. It was probably overpriced but I don't care. It's done and I am no longer a dumbass... well... that's probably debatable if you ask my wife.

They are very communicative, kind, and go out of their way to help. I was still wrapping up a huge pending dispute with my former PM company, and the management team at mid south offered to drive out on a weekend and take photos themselves of the property. That is unheard of! How much did I pay for this? Nada. In addition- I would say I am very familiar with what determines a good PM company. I work in real estate for a living and my company also manages properties both in CA and out of state markets. Additionally, my husband and I have multiple properties and have been working with PM companies for the past 8 years. I know what I'm talking about when I say I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I almost sold my beautiful investment home in Cordova out of fear I couldn't recover from my previous TERRIBLE property management company, and I'm so thankful that MidSouth came in and saved the day. Chris Peak and his entire team are wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this honest, fantastic company.

I couldn't get ahold of our pool builder and most pool service companies were closed for the weekend. Major damage could have occurred with our pool without the pump running for freeze protection. I got ahold of Justin at All Clean Pools on Saturday morning. He said he had a pump in stock and quoted us a fair price for the repair. His technician wasn't able to get to our place until it was getting dark because they had other pools to service. The technician worked from 8pm until 10:30 in the dark and bitter cold to get a new pump installed and everything is now in working order. They really saved us from possible major repairs and I highly recommend All Clean Pools.
