I asked an employee for a specific style, size, and color, and she brought me the wrong size and a set that was not a matching color set. When I corrected her she seemed surprised and taken back. Overall I think the staff didn't seem very helpful. I left feeling disappointed, considering this is a healthcare apparel brand. I expected employees to have at least some familiarity with scrubs, fit, or what healthcare workers typically look for. No one greeted me or smiled while I walked in and even when I asked for help the interaction felt awkward and unenthusiastic. I think if you're looking for just a basic set of scrubs or you have never tried this brand before, going in store may be beneficial so that you can feel the fabric and try on and find your size. The one positive thing I will say was being able to trade in old scrubs for a $50 gift card, which I thought was a really nice program. Other than that, the in store experience was not the best and will just continue ordering from FIGS online.

She made my experience the most enjoyable while shopping here. The store was in pristine condition and there is a monogramming station on site as well. Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The store was very messy, with clothes on the floor and items misplaced throughout the racks, which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. After about 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a cute denim outfit and went to an employee named Melanie to see if they had my size. As Melanie began helping me, the store phone started ringing. At that moment, a manager named Emily walked up to Melanie and told her to answer the phone, even though she was in the middle of assisting me. After Melanie picked it up, Emily then began reprimanding her for answering the call. The interaction was uncomfortable to witness, especially since it happened right in front of customers. Once the situation passed, Melanie continued helping me and mentioned that there was one more outfit in my size somewhere in the store. When I asked where it might be located, she wasn't sure due to how mixed up the racks were and returned to her other tasks. I made another lap around the store trying to find it but eventually gave up. Overall, the disorganization and uncomfortable interaction between staff made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. This was definitely a reminder of why I usually stick with Boot Barn instead.

Saw some of their light weight puffer jacket which was one of the first things I bought from here many years ago. Its still my favorite jacket and folds into a small umbrella which I can put into my purse or bag easily. They have everything including baby stuff and merchandise that can be customized! That's an uncommon option among big brands .... The staff is very focused on the person who they gauge will spend. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were the store that my nursing school said…read morewe were required to purchase our uniforms and clinical bag from and their staff was patient and friendly with me as I tried many of the items on. I ended up losing a bunch of weight and they were patient with me as I tried on pants later last year. I do suggest if your starting your nursing school program at a peak time like I did (I started in January 2025), get your scrubs ordered as soon as you have your nursing school orientation and you confirmed what your school wants which is very important if your required to get your scrubs embroidered. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff in but that was because everyone in my program and everyone at surrounding nursing schools were also getting their uniform ordered. There was a small mishap where the wrong jacket was ordered but they made things right and ordered me another jacket that fit me like a glove at no extra charge which is wonderful customer service. I plan to return to them once I start working in nursing for my uniform needs. Chose small business over scrubs and beyond.

I bought 7 pairs in all different colors from them two months ago, Purple Label Yoga, and they have been my work outfits ever since. They are super comfortable and washed many times in warm or hot and yet they retain their color. It's slimming and I get a lot of compliments at work. Sometimes at work I also do some yoga poses if I have time during lunch and they work for yoga, too, so it lives up to its name! I wore a set in today so we could get more colors. He has the biggest collection of colors - so many new ones. I thought about black today but he steered me towards this dark grey - and it looks fabulous on, gun metal grey. So now more colors for me -periwinkle, mauve, forest green... and more repeats of my favorite which include pink, red, royal blue, navy. It's a very pleasant place to visit and well lit. He has a fun area of scrub caps now so I bought two - it's by the register. Highly recommended for very personable care and astonishing selection of colors and labels! Prices are unbeatable!
