I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were the store that my nursing school said we were required to purchase our uniforms and clinical bag from and their staff was patient and friendly with me as I tried many of the items on. I ended up losing a bunch of weight and they were patient with me as I tried on pants later last year. I do suggest if your starting your nursing school program at a peak time like I did (I started in January 2025), get your scrubs ordered as soon as you have your nursing school orientation and you confirmed what your school wants which is very important if your required to get your scrubs embroidered. It took me a few weeks to get my stuff in but that was because everyone in my program and everyone at surrounding nursing schools were also getting their uniform ordered. There was a small mishap where the wrong jacket was ordered but they made things right and ordered me another jacket that fit me like a glove at no extra charge which is wonderful customer service. Come meet your own Scrub Stylist! The secret to looking sophisticated and comfortable is out! The owner and his son are so cool. I bought 7 pairs in all different colors from them two months ago, Purple Label Yoga, and they have been my work outfits ever since. They are super comfortable and washed many times in warm or hot and yet they retain their color. It's slimming and I get a lot of compliments at work. Sometimes at work I also do some yoga poses if I have time during lunch and they work for yoga, too, so it lives up to its name! I wore a set in today so we could get more colors. He has the biggest collection of colors - so many new ones. I thought about black today but he steered me towards this dark grey - and it looks fabulous on, gun metal grey. So now more colors for me -periwinkle, mauve, forest green... and more repeats of my favorite which include pink, red, royal blue, navy. It's a very pleasant place to visit and well lit. I came twice, once just to scope the place out and see what the prices were like. They've got a large inventory and every style you could want. Every rack says it's on "sale" which to me doesn't really feel like a true sale but more of a marketing strategy. Oh well, not a problem when the prices are reasonable and the service is friendly. I came back to finally try on some scrubs. I appreciate attentive but not overwhelming service. I admit I was very indecisive so I looked at just about every rack and tried on a bunch of options before choosing the one. I never felt rushed or inconvenienced. I recently came for surgical caps and they are the cutest. The sweet clerk helped me locate them and asked if I needed assistance, which was kind, but i knew what i needed. The staff here are very peasant, helpful, and patient. They greet you as soon as you walk into the store and let you know about sales, types of scrub sold, and show you the dressing room. I love that they have a dressing room to try the scrubs because different brands fit different and it is better to know your scrubs fit well before you leave. They have a huge store with a wide assortment of scrub brands, colors, and sizes. The store is sectioned off by male and female. They also sell badges, pen lights, and nurse's shoes, very nice! They had many choices of brands and styles, and every size was available as well because they have shelving of back stock right along the walls. When I first got there, I wanted to just browse. The employees greeted me and then left me alone to browse. Later in my visit I needed some help finding a size of some pants I was trying on, and the owner jumped in and was very helpful and SO nice. Love this place! I called in advance to be sure they offered extended sizes. Immediately upon entry, a gentleman approached me and offered assistance. I knew the brand I was looking for and he promptly directed me to both areas where they were. The specific style I wanted wasn't on the hangers with the rest but he was able to find it on the overflow wall so I was super grateful. When it comes to trying things on, they have a "drop and go" policy which means whatever you try on, you leave in the dressing room. Not sure if that's because of COVID-19 or not. Regardless, that's an added bonus for me. They have a ton of colors, styles and sizes. As I was leaving, the older gentleman applied a discount that I didn't even ask for, which was totally fine for me. The Cherokee Infinity scrubs at Scrubs and beyond (basically next door) priced almost $20 more when I was looking online. The nature of this store is great. Recently came in in need of scrubs for my new organization. All of the staff were extremely patient and helpful and answered all of my questions despite it being quite busy at the time. The store has a wide selection of scrubs from a variety of brands, including a top which I was previously unable to find on my company's affiliate website. I ended up getting one pair of scrubs and embroidery with my company insignia. The embroidery service was inexpensive and ready in a few days (faster than another store I had checked out prior). Also, I learned that embroidery can be done on scrubs that were not purchased at the store for just a bit extra (a nice feature since not all stores will do that). I was so pleased with the service I ended up going back and purchasing another set. As an aside, it is worth noting that the associates all recognized me and were equally friendly upon my return, a personalized touch which made me feel like a truly valued customer. I was in need of an embroidered white coat and I came in on a Wednesday and needed it by that following Monday for a photoshoot at the hospital. I knew that it would be tough getting it done on such short notice but I wanted to try. I actually got to the store right after their last embroidery shipment was taken that would have a turnaround time by Monday, so I lost hope of getting it on time. But the owner Ankit was so kind and gracious enough to drive himself to the shipment location that same day just to make sure I got my embroidered white coat by Monday. I was so thankful for him doing so out of the kindness of his own heart and he assured me that 99.9999% it would make it back to the store on Monday. I arrived that Monday and he had it ready for me and the embroidery was perfectly how I pictured it would turn out. Ankit is the best! Also another employee helped find the right white coat for me.
