ordered scrubs. they sent half the order and an email saying "I" canceled the rest. I never canceled anything, they did. then since I had a discount code, they no longer honored that discount to the stuff they did send. there is no customer service, they don't reply to messages and when you call there is an automated message that states they move to an all digital service no phone available what a joke of customer service and of a company. stay away unless you want problems read more

Thanks to your friendly and helpful staff, we were able to make our selection and purchase efficiently.

I'll never order from this company again. I placed an order, which didn't show up for over a month; I went on their website and saw no order history whatsoever of the order I thought I placed; assumed there was some kind of glitch where the order didnt go thru. I placed a second order, which eventually came a month later. Two weeks after that, the first order that there is no record of shows up. Both coats were a large, but the second one that showed up is like 4 inches shorter than the other one. Tried calling them to rectify, and they refuse to credit for the first one that there is still no record of in my order history, took 8 weeks to deliver, and is the wrong size. I wish I saw these reviews before ordering...........what happened to "the customer is always right" ?? read more

I've ordered twice online and both experience was the same. First time, I asked them to cancel because I had been waiting over two weeks for my items to ship. So I bought other scrubs online. Plus I got my items in less than a week. This time, I've asked to cancel my order due to wrong size on one of the item. The representative actually suggested I should cancel so I can reorder the right size. They said they will reach out to their warehouse team to cancel the order. It's been over two weeks and no response from the warehouse team? Then when I asked for an update, they said they could no longer cancel the order as it's ready to ship out. Ok fine but still had not received a shipping confirmation. Regardless of the situation, I would still be waiting for my order. Their website did not mention that any items was on back order. They even have on their website that shipping will only take 4-5 business days. I'm unhappy with their service/process and I don't recommend buying online. I've bought scrubs at their retail stores and my experience was great. Just don't buy anything online. read more

They have had my order for three months. Two embroidered shirts and two pants. They didn't cancel the order after a month, and only shipped out one shirt (s), and one pants (xs). Which were for two different people. going on month four, still waiting for the other half (xs shirt) (sm bottom) of the order... read more

I ordered over a month ago and still have not gotten my scrubs. They promised the scrubs in 3 weeks. After contacting them they will not provide a refund/cancel the order. I hate that scrubs and beyond are the only provider of the required scrubs for my job. I filed a charge back in my credit card and if they fight it I plan on going to the attorney generals office. Scrubs and beyond is a huge scam. read more

Don't purchase from this company. I purchased scrubs 9/7/24 & I still have NO IDEA where my order is. Contacted customer service THREE times with no help or answers. They also tried running my debit card several times, but my bank caught it. Very unhappy! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a LARGE order for scrubs and have had nothing but problems. The order says "Placed" and only a few items have been shipped in the 3 months since placing the order. There is still no ETA on when the rest of the items will ship and only a 15% refund is being offered on an order that was over $2000 for my company. read more

I see so many negative reviews for S&B, and before my encounter with Ms. Pat, maybe my thoughts were not as positive. I would say I am a fairly regular customer now. I hate shopping, but when I come in, Ms. Pat recommends items that are on sale, fit well, or are the newest fashion (jumper, arm sleeves). She actually helps me to locate my size, which is a game-changer for me. Again, I am not a shopper, so if you want me to buy, you have to help, and SHE DOES it with a smile and warmth. I have not purchased scrubs in years and am finally rebuilding my selection. She even got me to purchase a vest...she really looks nice in hers. NOW, I love the vest! I purchased a second one ~ smh. And this store (Oakridge North Houston) just upgraded their embroidery provider! read more

Ordered some scrubs with embroidered tops x 4 got 2 of them 3 weeks later and 5 weeks out have not recieved anything else. talked to customer support who told me there was essentially nothing I could do because they didnt know 5weeks deep where the scrubs were in the process of shipping. read more

Super aggressive sales people, they followed me through the store and continuously asked if I needed anything or if they could grab things for me. I was there for less than 15 min and they asked me 4 diff times if I needed anything. I mentioned I was just trying to shop around and they just kept asking. read more

Misleading sales techniques They had "scrubs" listed with a photo of a woman wearing scrubs - top AND bottom. Listed price of just under $40. I ordered thinking I was getting a set of scrubs. I received my order and it was ONLY the top. The price was not listed as "top, $40." I had NO idea I was only ordering the top and paying that much for half a set of scrubs. It should be obvious to the customer what they're ordering. Two stars because it looks like a nice top. But overpriced and now I still need to spend more money and wait to receive the bottom half of what normally comes as a set. What are scrubs without the bottom? It's like a sandwich with one slice of bread! read more

RUDE EMPLOYEES! I called the store to ask if I could make it just before they closed @8 and he said I could come because the registers don't shut off till 8:10p. I got there @8 on the dot and the guy locked the door and looked at me then proceed to ignore me. I am highly upset because I called to make sure it was okay but when I arrived I was blatantly ignored. Super unprofessional!!! I could have saved my time and gas. Will not be shopping here tomorrow when they open but I will be back for a few words with the employe. read more

Loved the scrubs and the service. Their scrubs are more stylist than the other stores' scrubs that I have visited. The scrubs for ladies are not so boxy. read more

I ordered scrubs on 9-12-24 and still nothing. Stay far away from this company. I feel like I took $100 and literally threw it away. I've contacted over three times and they tell me my order is in Que? And there is always a issue with their warehouse? I told them I wanted to cancel my order but they said it's to far in the Que? It's a bunch of crap and I'll be surprised if I ever see my scrubs. Do not buy from this company! read more

EVERY SINGLE order from the online store has prompted me to contact support for something going wrong/missing. I get it that they can easily refund you or ship a new item but thats beside the point because having to report a problem with each order is not something you want to do all the time. Fix the shipping experience. read more

I ordered scrub for new job on 7/17 and here it is 8/8 and still have not received them had to spend more money on some scrubs to have some to wear Monday when I started scrubs are not cheap and that was extra money I didn't have to spend. I have contacted them twice and the only thing I have got is they told me today they would re ship my order but it would take 5 days to process before it is shipped it didn't take them 5 days to pull the money out my account not very pleased with this company I will stick with the one i usually order from I reckon when they say cheaper doesn't always mean better because now I spend twice the amount of money lesson learn shop elsewhere........ read more

I highly suggest to shop IN-PERSON. Many of the negative reviews of this store mention issues that are encountered only when shopping online. I decided to go in-person and had an amazing experience! The two ladies in the front were extremely polite, professional, and amicable in helping me find and purchase an incredibly comfortable set of scrubs that I can now call my own. Go in-person! read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my item on the 30th of August and still have no received it. shipping says 4-6 days after shipment and contacted CS and they resent my order and still have no received my replacement. shows it's in transit from a FedEx facility. but each day a new update is made that it has arrived to the same facility... would not order again with how long it takes and how many issues Ive had. read more

Waited 3 weeks for my order, was in "order exception" for over a week. Then my package was delivered to the wrong house. On top of that one of the items I received was the wrong item. Ordered XS pants in grey and got 2XL pants in hot pink. To return my order they said I have to return to a store (4 hours away) or return to one of their specific drop off locations (over an hour away from me). read more

If I had looked this place up on Yelp before going I would not have gone based on these reviews alone. I took a chance and went solely based on them having a huge selection in Houston. I was greeted by a tall nice gentleman who directed me to exactly what I came in for. I didn't catch his name. Laura is the store associate that sealed the deal for me. She was extremely kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in the different scrub types. If you are in search of a big selection, many brands, and most of all for me tall length in pants then give this place a try. I'm glad I did and I'm very happy with my purchase. read more

I had my info Hacked, I cancelled the order with them the day after it was placed and I saw the confirmation. Months later today, I get another email saying the order shipped. I called them back and they wouldn't give me a reason as why it was never cancelled after they told me it was (Months ago). They could only tell me that i need to contact Pay Pal to dispute the charges. the person who placed it must have changed it to someone else's Pay Pal. All they care about is getting some ones money read more

Robert was so helpful in finding my first sets of scrubs. I'm curvy and tall so I needed extra long pants and he was able to show me where I could find some, and then after he sent me to the fitting room, he found me several more pairs--and he actually picked out the winning pair of pants! After that he helped me get my top picked and even got me setup with the embroidery I needed for school. He made kind of a daunting task actually a little fun! read more

I ordered some scrubs from here over a month ago. Still waiting on my order. If you need your scrubs anytime soon this is not the place for you. I believe there was a buy one get one one half off sale when I made my purchase, so that was good. I was able to get a top, bottoms and a jacket for a little over $100. Which is pretty good, in my opinion. Like I said, though, I am still waiting on my order. read more

I would give zero stars if it would let me. The selection is okay in the store but not many Tall options for women. Because of this I ordered online because all of the sizes were available in Tall. I paid an extra $25 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later I had not yet received my scrubs so I called customer service who informed me that they were on back order. No email to alert me or anything. I cancelled the order but received no shipping refund. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this establishment. read more

As someone who has been in the medical field for the majority of my life, I am not new to purchasing hospital attire. This was, however, my first time at the Scrubs and Beyond location on Fannin Street. When I walked in I was immediately pleasantly greeted by an associate (Laquonita). I told her what I was interested in that day and she helped me find what I was looking for. She also showed me the latest items that had just come in and provided a demonstration of the waterproof scrubs (I ended up getting a pair!). She was helpful, courteous, and pleasant. I will definitely come back here again, and I recommend coming to this location if you're looking for a wide variety of medical attire. Mrs. Laquonita was excellent and if I could, I would rate her a 10/10! read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews, but I like how large of a selection they have, how organized and clean it is, and the location and parking. The staff is nice and helpful. Yeah sure, I could probably find scrubs a lot cheaper elsewhere. Might've mattered to me when I was a student 15 years ago, but this place is for those who want a store where you can see what they have from afar. Lots to choose from--and they have maternity scrubs too! read more

I will NEVER EVERRR use these ppl again. Granted it was an online order, but the store itself doesn't even sell Caribbean blue scrubs!! I made an order I called 5 times within 2 wks never got anything accomplished, and was told different things every time. My package (coming from Dallas I live in Houston) was "lost" and I was told she would see if she could prioritize my shipping. At that point I was done. Same thing she told me the day before and no results. I told them give me my refund and I will NEVER use them again. They don't give a damn about losing business, CLEARLY. read more

I recently ordered from this company. After the fact- the day after- read the reviews and out of concern for what I needed- chanced calling Customer Service and was kindly greeted. Explained that after I read the complaints about shipping and things being in stock, the delays.. the representative understood my concerns. I know that sometimes people just complain, are never pleased, but the consistency was a real concern. The rep took the time to confirm that what I needed was in stock and that I would receive an email when it was shipped. Later that same day (the day after order was placed) I received that email, and 2 days later it was delivered. While it's obvious that there was time when there was an issue with fulfillment at some point for a while- or frustration with communication and poor quality customer service; it was not what I experienced, and I will be ordering again. Should you be discouraged by the reviews beforehand, call customer service and ask if things are in stock or answer questions you might have. I definitely love the variety of what they offer. read more

Scrubs & Beyond - Uniforms Near Me - Houston, Texas

I picked up some scrub tops while running errands with children. I had no time, so I asked staff to find tops with my specifications (size, color, pockets), the gentleman there knew his store and with ease and speed found exactly what I needed. Very impressive service! (Keven I think it was, if name is correct on receipt). The parking is easy, no traffic. read more

So I'm not a much of a yelper BUT I find it necessary to post this. Do not go into this store, go next door to TMC Scrubs and More. I've been to other scrubs and beyond locations and life uniforms and loved my experience. This one is awful. It did not have much selection of the color I needed (teal). It also did not have my size. I was desperate so I bought a pair that was not my size. Their customer service was terrible. I had to spend 5 minutes trying to find an employee. When I finally did, they were rude. I randomly decided to go next door and OH MY GOSH, best decision I've ever made. It may not look like there is more selection but Mr. Patel will find you the size and color you need. SO GO NEXT DOOR to TMC SCRUBS AND MORE! read more

I have ordered from S&B for years. I ordered a new brand and the top was too large. The back of the packing slip clearly outlines a process for free exchanges of different sizes or colors. The only option on the website is to refund your purchase and pay $5 to mail it back. Customer service agent said "our policy hasn't been updated on the packing slips. We only offer in-store exchanges." Lost $5 but I returned the entire purchase. I will order from Amazon or find a local retailer. Unacceptable for an online company to only offer in-store exchanges. read more
