Products: Of course, they have a lot of women's uniforms, but they do have a good portion of men's clothing as well! You can even order from their catalogs and have them ship it there for pickup. That's another thing, they didn't have the Medium Short scrub pants I needed, and they ordered it for me! It came in exactly 5 business days after I ordered them, so pretty standard transaction. If you're looking for a comfortable fit, definitely try Cherokee: Revolution or Infinity. Those are amazinnnnnggg to work in. They cordially greeted me and I have used them before. They steered me toward Dickies brand, let me try some on. I felt they weren't quite right for my body but they said the uniform looked good. After wearing them one time and repeatedly re tying the waist and constantly retucking in the top I took them back but they wouldn't allow a dissatisfied customer to return and exchange. Update: They ordered my scrubs and said they would be available in 4 days on the following Thursday. They didn't come in until 3 weeks later on Wednesday. I called 3 times previous asking if my scrubs had come in yet and it wasn't until the 3rd call that they told me they were on back order. Very frustrating after waiting 2 weeks to find this out. Especially since I was waiting for maternity scrubs and my old scrubs were getting tighter and tighter every day. I finally asked for a refund and ordered off of amazon instead and they came before the other scrubs I ordered in this store. Original: They have a lot of options and pretty much every brand here but they only carry a couple of each so if you need more than 1-2 sets they will have to order it in but the shipping is pretty fast. I thought I found a hidden gem! Prices were perfect,, customer service too. I tried on my Dickies scrubs in store. The next day wearing my scrubs, sat down and the pant legs are too short. Many Pros: -Great customer service (Ellie, my zumba instructor works here). She has top notch customer service. Someone always greets me upon entering the store and ask if I needed assistance looking for something in particular. -They have great hours - I can come here after work and they'll still be open. They're open on Saturdays too, which is convenient for many M-F workers. - They make it so easy for you to shop here. If you forgot what you purchased in the past, they will store that information for you so that it's a no-brainer. -Many selections for women and men. My favorite is the wide variety of Petite uniforms. It is usually difficult to find xxs or juniors in most stores, but there is a plethora of them here! woohoo! If they do not have your size, they can order some for you. - Prices are comparable to Amazon and some of them are cheaper than other medical uniform stores. -Good quality scrubs - I haven't come across cheap material yet. - Some brands that they carry are Cherokee Luxe, Greys Anatomy, Barco, Heartsoul (cutest options and the most petite), code happy (petite friendly), sapphire, careisma, dickies etc. - They have your typical colors and some with fun prints read more

Love this scrub store, they have the best selection and variety of styles I've seen which I really appreciate since I like to change things up at work. I'm an optometrist and have been coming here since I began working. Also got all my scrubs embroidered with them and love the way that looks, so professional and clean/crisp looking. I always get the no-wrinkle scrubs which means I never have to iron them. They also have white coats, shoes, and other medical uniform related things. And every time I walk in, everyone is always very helpful. I don't even work in Sugar Land anymore but still come here for my work clothes. They won't hesitate to ask what you're looking for and pull items and brands that fit your description. They even happily worked with me after I tried on about 20 pairs of scrubs (I didn't even end up getting any). Came here just to get my scrub embroidered for work, dropped them off, showed Ellie a picture of what I needed (a Texas children's logo) and she told me it'd be 2-3 days. Didn't hear back, returned a week later assuming since it's been over 2-3 days, they'd be done. They weren't. They found my scrubs and told me they'd be done and delivered back to the store the next day. Asked them if they'd deliver it to me since they told me it'd be 2-3 days and a week later it was still not complete and I'd be out of town for a bit, but they said no. Thank god... because when I came back after about a week, they showed me my scrubs and the embroidery was done incorrectly. The logo was bigger than it was supposed to be and in a different font. Ellie had the nerve to tell me, "well at least it looks better.." I mean really? Then she proceeded to LIE, and tell me that Texas children's changed the size of their logo and font to this one and the incorrect one given was what they've been doing for customers for the past few months....Then Jeff chimes in told me that they come in two sizes, so it was my job to tell them which size and if I didn't specify I got whichever they decided to do. I pointed out that Ellie had taken a picture of what I wanted and he replied, there's no guaranteed it'd be exactly the same. After going back and forth, I proceeded to see how I could get a refund/replacement for my scrubs since they were done incorrectly and were bought online(figs), not from their store. They told me to get a letter from the hospital stating they were done incorrectly and they'd give that to the embroiderer because he'd be the one to refund me. Left & talk to the admin at my hospital & called them back to make sure I got everything I needed on the letter before returning back the FOURTH time. Then I called the embroider himself and he was actually sweet, apologized, and tried to work with me. We came to an agreement since he was unable to order the scrubs for me online. He ended up leaving me a check to purchase new scrubs and I'd return the incorrect ones & when I got them in, I could bring them back in to get them embroidered again correctly when I had a chance. When I returned to the store to pick up the check, Jeff and Ellie were then hesitant to give me a refund on the embroidery portion I paid them to get the scrubs embroidered. Obviously if I returned the incorrectly embroidered scrubs, am being issued a check by the embroiderer to replace the scrubs, why should I be charged for the embroidery?? If you want good customer service and things done correctly and as promised, I'd avoid this place at all cost. read more

Fantastic place! I recently started a new job and was in need of some scrubs. The first time I went in, it was just to look around and compare prices. Awesome service. Was worried that this would be like all the other medical uniform places in the med center; however, I was very pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I received! I don't fit standard scrub sizing but the lady helping me was able to accommodate and find me scrubs that fit to a T. As Sulisa said, prices were just slightly higher than Amazon, but I just happened to tell her where I was going to be working and that gave me an additional discount.
