I went to the home office of kneXtions on the 15th of October with my Laptop. A few days before I accidental dropped the laptop on my kitchen floor (tile) and the LCD Screen cracked. I tried to use the laptop for a few days with the spider cracks on the screen, but it finally got to be too much. After dropping the laptop off and filling out a short form with my information I kept my fingers crossed that Paul (the tech) could bring it back to life. I received a call the NEXT DAY from Paul saying that the laptop was fixed! I was shocked that he was able to fix the system, and be so fast (NEXT DAY) The repairs are flawless; it looks just as new as the day I bought it. He even cleaned/polished the entire laptop so it is shiny :) The price was also very good, only $100 Total - Which was less than other computer repair places that I called.
