Pretty quiet for a brewery and it was easy to talk to each other. I tried the smoked trout dip and I would say it was a 3/5. The dip was ok but the bread was really good. It was $18 so it was pretty expensive and I probably wouldn't get it again. For my main, I ordered the bison burger. I've never had bison before so I decided to try it and it was pretty good! The burger was pretty thick and the crispy onions were good on it. Our server wasn't the best and didn't really check in with us at all - someone else delivered the food.

My wife preferred the sour. The food was great! We started with the buffalo wings, I got the burger and my wife got the Nashville chicken sandwich. All were delicious! The truffle fries were worth the up charge with the sandwiches as they were full of flavor and still crisp when they arrived at the table. The environment was pleasant! Can't beat anything in Teton Valley. If I had to nitpick the dinner came out very shortly after the wings arrived- but I truly can't complain. If we are ever back in the area it is a stop we will definitely be making!

The food came fairly quickly, delivered by someone else, and that, apparently, was the end of our dinner service. We never saw our server again. Our server did show up with the check and informed us that a tip had already been added since we were a party of 6. I'm sorry, but I thought a server had to actually serve you to get a tip. Not happy, but gave four stars because everything tasted so good.

There are many better restaurants to eat at in Jackson Hole, and they all had an insane wait (2+ hours) on a Friday night. Outdoor seating on the balcony was very nice though, looks over the square in the center of the city. The host was very welcoming and got us a seat out on the patio. Our servers were odd and distant. For a Sunday night near closing and off-peak season, the wait was longer than I expected, about 45 minutes. If you're able to make reservation in advance, I would do it. We started off with Crispy Brussels as appetizer. The white balsamic vinaigrette was so delicious and the dried cranberries was an unexpected nice touch to the dish. I loved our entrée - Pork Shank! I'm glad I shared it with my sister. The portion was generous. The carrot puree, red rice & lentils complimented the pork so effortlessly. The pork was tendered and flavorful. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the dish. Delicious! Huckleberry is a regional favorite and a thing in Wyoming because they grow wild in the area. I had to try the Huckleberry Cosmo. I have to say - Cranberry has a competition out here! Service was great and attentive. I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Jackson Hole!

It was as if we were being deserted one by one and trying to find someone to take our next order. I ordered the highly recommended elk bolognese and was immensely underwhelmed. The dish came out slightly warm, not hot. So it must have been sitting out for a while before being served. The elk was the most underwhelming part. The meat tasted like ground beef, but bigger chunks. The pasta was cooked well, but I would not order this dish again. The best part of the meal and experience was the pork baos. Tasty and delicious. Overall, this meal was just average.
