Again, looking for a substitute for the first Fantastic pizza we had first and was closed on Monday so we hit up Melt! Right in Broadway at the Beach near an easy corner to access if (and it was) raining. On my last day I wanted something quick before my flight so we hit this little place. 10" pies, these aren't bad, 2 can eat decent, one could finish if you were hungry. No pics, sorry last day. As soon as we were seated the waitress stopped by for our drink order and to check on us, very upbeat and happy given the slow Monday and the weather that could have been better. Another supreme, extra cheese and basil added, not recommended, they have plenty of cheese on their pizza to start. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great pizza, extremely filling, I ate 3/4 of it. It's a bar/pizza place. If I lived here, I would come to hang out, they have plenty of seating and an upstairs. I bet spring break get's a little wild here given how nice Broadway is to start with. We were laughed at by one of the crew, who insisted it was "just our imagination" when in fact we could clearly smell a foul odor from the pulled pork pie. The four stars is for the service which was pleasant and fast (for a sit down restaurant) but the food is a 3 from me. My kids enjoyed the pizza. Wish it came with a side though. I like that theirs came out first. This needs to happen more often. Always bring kids food out ASAP for the parent's sake. The Cajun pasta didn't have many noodles but did have a lot of meat. It was spicy for me vs just having a seasoned kick to it. Went for dinner twice in the same trip. Their location is unbeatable compred to other overpriced places on broadway on the beach. Their woodfire pizzas are definitely worth a try. The cheese on the pizzas was very fresh and soft. The crust is also very well cooked. Loved everything about the taste. Their cocktails are quite strong and delicious. The place is also very reasonably priced especially compared to other touristy places around that charge way more. Ordered delivery from here while on vacation when one of us threw out their back. The pizzas were pretty good and had a soft crust which I personally enjoy. The fries were delicious! Soft inside and super crispy outside -- although a tad salty. The OG melt was delicious! Even the next day. I do wish the margarita pizza was red sauce based but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means. read more

We had a wonderful experience here! Our waitress was fabulous and super accommodating to our vegetarian diets. She helped us with a lot of great suggestions and we loved what we got. We ordered their version of nachos and they were really good but I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to get them though. The melts though.... SO GOOD. Bartenders focus was on serving his co-worker's which had just gotten off work who were still in their "Melt" T-shirts. Menu is very simple and condensed. Nowhere near what is offered before 9 p.m (see pic). Server was attentive after being tracked down. Melt has a big brick oven for awesome pizzas. We ordered three different melts. The pulled pork melt has excellent slaw on it along with crispy onion straws. French fries are excellent. We also ordered the fish melt which has slaw and big battered pieces of fish. Baked mac n cheese is excellent. We also had the chicken melt which was fantastic. Portions are big and 2 out of 3 of us took half the sandwich and fries home for a second meal. Our server Craig was awesome. Gave us enough info to order. Food and drinks came out fast and hot. It was raining and we headed over to Broadway for a few hours and stumbled on this place. We are so happy we did. It's adorable and the service is great. We had the French onion soup and it was the best I've ever had! We made our own pizza and they cooked it just as we ask. We also had the pasta and it was so flavorful. Tony was our server and he was great. They were slammed and he was running around. He was attentive to everyone and they are lucky to have him. Kid & dog friendly.
