(Thinking shallow well/drought .. ypu name it.) After they came out and fixed one issue the owner contacted us later in the evening to ensure things were going well. When a few days later we were back to no water again, they again came out immediately. Our issue was... something. Lol. It Involved a lot of work to figure it out. And, it was all done to avoid a new well. (Process of elimination). My husband ended up helping the owner and his main man with lots of digging and tree removal, and they were extremely thankful. The three worked together so well and honestly, It was a beautiful thing to watch the three Sharing each others knowledge and strengths. Eventually, They were able to determine our issue and fix it. Their honesty is immeasurable, for they could have simply stated a new well was needed by this point. Again, the owner reached out to us a few times after the work was done to make sure all was still working correctly. These two were friendly, humorous, went above and beyond. Returned our initial inquiry telephone calls promptly!! Their pricing was very fair and reasonable. Sympathetic, jovial, hard working, personable .. Matt, my most recent tech was very knowledge And professional. Where they loose me is in their scheduling department . Clearly all the schedulers are educated to do is make appts. As the front line call center they should have some 'basic knowledge ' of the systems and at least forward any technical questions to a tech ! The scheduling department failed me. I wasted Matt's time and my money on an unnecessary service visit. We will be building a new house and Matt gave me fantastic advice so we will consider Carroll Water based on his ability to service the system. I will welcome a call from a tech manager or a scheduling manager or even the CEO to discuss what would make this company top notch and receive 5 stars.

At that…read moretime we only used the house as a vacation house, so when he explained that I needed to run the system for a day or two, I did. Over the last 5 to 6 years it has gotten worse. I have a spin down filter and a 5 micron filter that builds up with this sediment and clogs every few days. When I called him he said he would be there at a certain day, and did not show up. Called back and he promised to come on another certain day. Didn't show. A few years ago I hired him to drill a well in a rental near me. When I went there to see how it was going for me, he verbally berated me. Never understood why. Must have been frustrated by an issue he was having, which caused him to call Somerset Well Drilling. He told me that he had to share the profit. After speaking with drillers over the past few years I understand the problem is the screen or filter that was used at the bottom of the well. It was too large, that in my area all the drillers use a smaller screen. He should have know this. Obviously, he is still angry with us, but his refusing to come out without without telling us is unprofessional.
