They did not even offer to come to our house to assess the situation. The contract we signed with them stated that they have a 5 year product and service warranty. They have not lived up to this. Don't use this company!!! They have also deleted my Facebook post about the damage they have done to our new house!!!

The next visit Mike even picked up the replacement parts on his way to work the morning they came! They cleaned up after themselves after the digging they had to do, told me where and how I could get extra water quality testing done just to be extra safe, and how to flush my water lines to get everything working again as clear and fresh as possible. Not only that, they lied on the permit, stating that they drilled 83 feet. We now have severe rust blockage and hardly any water flow.
