My wife and I purchased a house at auction and the carpet in the house was filthy. Especially, the pathway that led from the kitchen through the house to the bathroom. The carpet in the den was also very filthy because this was the entry point to the house from the garage. I called around for some prices and chose Spot Doctor to do the cleaning. They were easy to work with to set up an appointment and they were punctual on the date of service. They worked quickly and got the carpet as clean as can be considering how filthy it was to start with. You can still see remnants of the dirt in the filthiest spots but I am very happy with the cleaning. It is a very light colored carpet and really needs to be replaced. When Aaron, the owner, finished cleaning the carpets in the house, he had my wife do a walk through before he put away his equipment to make sure she was happy with his work and to see if she saw any spots she would like cleaned again. A sudden disaster with a dog on a brand new white carpet .... I called on the off-chance... and Aaron came within hours and totally 100 percentile cleaned the whole area and then much more...
