My wife and I purchased a house at auction and the carpet in the house was filthy. Especially, the pathway that led from the kitchen through the house to the bathroom. The carpet in the den was also very filthy because this was the entry point to the house from the garage. I called around for some prices and chose Spot Doctor to do the cleaning. They were easy to work with to set up an appointment and they were punctual on the date of service. They worked quickly and got the carpet as clean as can be considering how filthy it was to start with. You can still see remnants of the dirt in the filthiest spots but I am very happy with the cleaning. It is a very light colored carpet and really needs to be replaced. I would definitely use them again. When Aaron, the owner, finished cleaning the carpets in the house, he had my wife do a walk through before he put away his equipment to make sure she was happy with his work and to see if she saw any spots she would like cleaned again. In addition, Aaron, was very knowledgeable and offered advice on how to clean future spots and what products to use and not use. read more

My wife & I needed our home carpets shampooed. We tried Stanley Steemer online & by phone. We were not able to schedule our needs at both tries. We both tried calling & leaving messages & tried online. No response on either. White searching online we came across SPOT DOCTOR. The website was very informative & professional. We called Tuesday night & left a message for our carpets to be cleaned Wednesday at 3pm. We got a call about 1:00pm from the Spot Doctor asking if he could come earlier. WOW. EARLIER. Normally that type of call would be saying their gonna be late. He got to us exactly at the prescribed (EARLY)time. He & his worker were very professional & explained his job. From now on SPOT DOCTOR WILL BE OUR CARPET, UPHOLSTERY & WAXING SERVICE TECHNICIANS. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SPOT DOCTOR FOR YOUR HOME OR OFFICE NEEDS. read more

I highly recommend Spot Doctor for all of your steam cleaning needs as he and his staff are true professionals that both excel and enjoy providing quality, friendly and reliable services. They were extremely responsive in our interactions on a holiday Sunday after our renters left a real mess with some very questionable stains in the furniture and carpet. Next day service has us back up and functioning again! Aaron has a vast knowledge of stain treatment and provided some valuable tips on what we should and shouldn't do when we are faced with common problems in the future. Given this is a real professional, I feel the price was an absolute phenomenal value and feel confident that I have someone that I can trust and rely on for many years to come! read more

Aaron and Harvey- professional, prompt and conscientious. All around one of those rare service experience where you actually enjoy having something done- and at a reasonable price. They did a thorough duct cleaning for me, took their time and were very careful moving a lot of equipment around furniture etc. Appointment scheduling uses technology, so you know they are coming and exactly when they will arrive. I would definitely use this company again for all kinds of cleaning needs. Ask for Aaron- you will not be disappointed. read more

We called Aaron at the end of last summer as renters had left our white carpets literally black in spots. He definitely made them look new again! So this summer when we had a renter demand a carpet cleaning during their stay, Aaron came out the day we called and took care of EVERYTHING - not just carpet stains, but spots on upholstery too! He was super accommodating, fast, and did an excellent job and the renters were very happy. No need to consider calling anyone else - Aaron is the guy to call. read more

Aaron...professional, courteous, prompt, through, more than fairly priced. He listens, and is able to address specific problem areas with marvelous results that other companies never were able to solve. Spot Doctor is as good as it gets in these days of disappointing contractors and workmanship. Thank you, Aaron and co-worker, for such a great result. There will be more requests for your services from our family and anyone I find to highly recommend your services for help. read more

Spot Doctor is a super professional organization. From the first call to get information to the completion of the job, they were on-top of things and efficient. We were notified by text that Aaron was on his way, he arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and completed the job when he said he would. We had originally scheduled carpet cleaning but ended up doing tile as well. We could not be more pleased and recommend him most highly. He runs a 5 star organization. read more

We called Spot Doctor to see about having two area rugs cleaned. Aaron Hudson said he could come that very day (11-28-2017) to take a look and give us the cost. He said he'd be at our home between 2:30 and 2:45. He arrived at exactly 2:38. He looked at the rugs, gave us a price that we felt was reasonable, and said he could do the work right then. We are very pleased with the results and will certainly call him again when we need carpets or rugs cleaned. Margie E read more

Aaron was first class! Unlike bigger companies, he genuinely took his time cleaning our carpets and couch. Owning a rental in OC means they you're going to have spots all over the place. Who better to call than the Spot Doctor?? Exceptional job cleaning and he also displayed his expertise when discussing the chemistry behind the cleaning and gave us a demonstration on how to properly clean spills. Aaron from Spot Doctor once again has done a great job doing my entire house. His prices are reasonable, his service is always on time and he is very professional. I have used Spot Doctor for three years and Aaron is a conscientious and thoughtful service provider. It is regrettable that some reviewers do not like the fee quote, declines the service and then gives a one star rating. Hey, if you get a phone quote don't you want them to tell you it costs more than they expected before they do the work! read more
