Turns out the dealership who did the last oil change did not place a screw back correctly. The metal plate that goes under the oil pan wasn't screwed in correctly causing the dragging sound. They were able to remove the pan very quickly for me. They didn't even charge me. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Located on a main road so easy to find. I was able to get back home with no problem. If I lived there, I would use them all the time.

I drove to the place, pulled up and they immediately worked on my car. I had to bring my own oil and filter which was inexpensive. They were very quick with it. It was pretty hot since the shop is outside but it was a quick and quality service. Overall, the service was a 10/10 and the price is very affordable 10/10. Will go again!

I asked them to check the fluid in the differential and he told me they did. I was watching and the mechanic didn't pull a single wrench on the diff. So I decide to try again with another vehicle of mine today @ 2:30/2:45pm. I pulled in, he asked me was I there for. When I told him coolant flush he laughed and said not on a Saturday at 4: 0clock. IT was 2:30pm. He asked me to pop the hood. He made a statement someone been working on this vehicle. I told him it was me. He told me what was loose. I wasn't there for that and didn't ask him about it. He Bryan(owner) I think is his name. Proceeded to tell me how he couldn't do the job. He was rude about it. I told him close it up. He was still talking to me for some reason. At this point I wasn't going to expose myself to his attitude anymore. I guess when you own a successful business you can turn people away. I would like to mention I emailed prior to showing up. The fact that I did not get an email reply makes it worse. So your business model is laugh at a customer infront of people then tear appart how shitty of a job the vehicles owner did trying to repair it? When I asked Mr Vela how they would fix the issue, he told me their district manager Josh Salcido said they needed to charge me for another oil change. I asked to double check that and they said there was nothing they could do and they would not take responsibility for the mistake. The tech, Mr Vela was rude and tried to make sound like it was my fault for not telling them what oil weight (that was clearly marked on the sticker). This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and would not recommend using them. I'll go to Jiffy-Lube or even Walmart from now on. I don't recommend this place.
