They spent hours figuring out the issue, which I assessed was in the fuse box and they confirmed. They replaced the fuse box and had me back on the road for under $400. I was surprised by their fairness, hard work to resolve this complicated and hard to find problem and put the car back together as I was pulling things apart to find the issue. They were very polite, sent me in an uber twice (drop off and pickup), fair, and very reasonable. I would drive to friendswood again just to give them my business.

I also brought in a physical mail coupon for their shop which made the inspection and emissions test entirely free. They also have online coupons on their website that you can use. This is after I was quoted over $700 for replacement of bilateral front sway bar stabilization links by my Acura dealership. The total cost for all of the work, not including the sway bar kit that I brought in myself, was about $165.00. Very reasonable. The shop has multiple kinda of snacks, bottled water, coffee, etc available for use while waiting with free WiFi. The customer service is impeccable. The owner, a very informed and friendly middle eastern woman, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The owners and workers at the shop are open, honest, and efficient. In my opinion, this is the ideal local auto shop that anyone would be lucky to find. A diamond in the rough, truly. If I could give it 6 stars, then I would! Last oil change I had done by them they did NOT put the oil cap back on. Lost all of my oil now the engine needs to be replaced and Miss A claims that they did not make that mistake then actually accused me of taking the oil cap off myself or had someone else do it. I called them IMMEDIATELY after they did the oil change because the light never went off and they did NOT give me a new sticker for my window. I spoke to Allison that day and was given the run around but then told me that she personally watched them do the oil change and to swing by to get a new sticker. AFTER I discovered that THE OIL CAP WAS NEVER PUT BACK ON I called Miss A, she had my car towed to "fix" it all they did was fill the oil back up and hosed off the engine. No new sticker. I ASKED HER if they checked the engine because I knew there would be issues and she claimed nothing was wrong w/ the engine assured me that everything was ok. They also lost my locking lug wheel lock key and refuse responsibility for that as well.

He is also quite a bit less expensive than taking your car to a dealer. Plus, he doesn't "find something broken" like many dealers have a tendency to do even under normal oil change inspections. Call ahead to ensure he has room for you. It may take a few days to get you in. Good mechanics are busy mechanics. Bottom line - Supreme1 is a trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Less expensive than a dealer. Reservations recommended.
