I had my motorcycle inspection done at Dwayne's Auto Express. My neighbor and friend referred me to them. Got to love referrals. Before I can finish parking my bike, an employee got my attention and asked I ride into one of their bays. Once in the bay, the employee began doing his process and was finished within 10 minutes or so. Checkout was also quick and cost was less than I normally paid at another shop. I took my car into Dwayne's for a brake job. I had an estimate from Goodyear in hand. I called down to the shop before I came in just to compare prices. They didn't know how much my quote from Goodyear was, but I told them I would be making a decision to got to either place based. Jermaine Jenkins (a real cutie) help me, gave me a quote that beat Goodyear's price by $49. I had gotten my rear brakes done there before and was a satisfied customer. Everyone was so helpful, and the front brakes didn't know what hit 'em. They knocked them out in no time flat, the entire time, keeping me a breasted of what was going. While I was there, I even got my air filter changed. Not only did they solve my brake problem, they also cured my gas problem. Thanks everyone! Always service with a smile, you too Lee! Greeting was warm and over-the-top friendly and courteous. The work was done quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I am a single mom of 4 kids.. i don't have ANY extra money as it is, but for sure cant afford the cost of replacing 4 tires because i woke up to mine being slashed! I had exactly 98 pennies and 2 nickles and a air tank that let my air out no sooner than i pumped it into it. I was very devastating, I was hopeless, and was in tears by the time I walked in and begged for Mr Dwanes assistance and told him all 4 of my tires were slashed... He said Honey, this is going to be ALRIGHT... we cant let the devil in! I am going to help get you fixed up...! AND... just like that, he did... I was feeling like Rambo as I, myself removed the tires and took them to him for repair/replace and he did in fact put me 4 used tires on my car. NO charge... Mr Dwayne didn't hesitate to help me, no questions asked, he didn't know me, and he didn't owe me anything... He shows compassion and cares for everyone he meets. When he talks to you, he truly is interested and really does care for his customers and that in my eyes makes for a WONDERFUL business and I pray that he is blessed for his kind, and unselfish act of kindness he showed me and my children. We were on our way to Galveston to an open house and the a/c had been slow and my drivers side was awful. I had people in the car and they were sweating. We drove to Dwayne's auto express on Highway 6 in Hitchcock, and they were a God send!!!! I walked into the building, and before I could go into a indepth description of the car, they put my car into the shop and began working on it. Amazingly, in 45 minutes they had charged the a/c and added freon, and we had COLD COLD air. Dwayne and his team are amazing and are extremely customer service oriented. You must take your car to him. His PRICES were also amazing. It would have cost me double the price or more, if I had taken it into the Kia dealership in Dickinson. Stopped in last week on 9/8 for an inspection and got an oil change too. Took about 20-25 minutes tops, if that. I had forgotten I needed an oil change 500 miles ago, so they asked if I wanted one they saw my sticker in the window. I thought that was very helpful. Awesome and courteous service again! read more

Dwayne has been my families mechanic since I can remember. He knows everyone by name and who everyone's parents. He is affordable and reliable he can do pretty much everything. He is very valued in Hitchcock. EVERYBODY knows dwayne :). He has even trained up his sons in the family business. So while he runs the body shop in sante fe the original "Dwaynes" his oldest son runs the auto express on hwy 6 close to Texas first bank.
