Then we called the VW dealership and they didn't have it either as the tire is on back order until November. Called around and this place had the tire we needed, but it was used. They showed us exactly why our tire wasn't repairable and showed us the use. Thank you Eric & Jacob for your help. Our vacation still ended in a high note. This place is definitely a gem. When my wife arrived they told her $67 by that time the tire was completely flat. They knew they had us and could charge us what they felt was right. I called all the shops around and found out the price in the area was $65. Why did he try and up charge my wife for $2? When confronted he said the lowest he could do was $65. Their prices are higher than Wal-Mart's tires. I purchased two new tires. I wanted four new tires, but they only had two in stock. He wanted $90 per tire; I got them for $85 each. Balancing and rotation was not included. Another $18 bucks. So, remember when I pulled in and said...,(I want all my tires checked). Well, how was a nail stuck in one of my tires over looked? Thank God I noticed it! After they removed the tire, not only was I shocked, but they were shocked as well to see a couple of patches missing from the tire. SMH After I hear your car is ready, tell me why the low tire warning light was still on in my car? Once again I told them how they did not do a satisfying job. I initially planned to come back to purchase two more tires. I wanted matching tires blah blah etc bottom line to keep up with rotation, but nope. They missed up my plan. I will not go back.

Returned a few days later for an oil change and this visit they were also fast. (and it was a Saturday) A week went by and the tire that I got fixed started giving me problems so they gave me a brand new tire with no problems! As a female, I appreciate kind, fast and reasonable service when I have to deal with car maintenance, thanks guys!
