I cannot say enough good things about Velocity Auto Care in La Marque…read more They were honest, professional, patient, and incredibly kind from start to finish. They took the time to diagnose my vehicle, didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, and charged me fairly. In a world where many people dread taking a car to a mechanic, this team was a breath of fresh air. Now for the embarrassing part... I was driving my mom's car when the check engine light came on and the car quit running. Convinced it was something major, I had it towed to Velocity Auto Care. Even the AAA driver didn't realize what was actually wrong. The diagnosis? The car was out of gas. Completely out of gas. That's it. Gas. They could have easily made me feel foolish, but instead they treated me with grace. Special shout out to Mr Jason, he was kind, professional, respectful, and had me back on the road quickly.
