I had planned almost every detail of the wedding and knew exactly how I envisioned my big day but the problem was I could not oversee the coordination of all the vendors/individuals in the execution of my plans. However, Wendy seemed to take over flawlessly and made sure everything happened EXACTLY as I had hoped. My fiance and I were beyond thankful for her because she really enabled us to enjoy every moment of our big day!! When tiny things went wrong (and of course something will go wrong!) - Wendy always had a creative solution and did her absolute best to take care of it as quickly and quietly as possible. I was especially thankful for Wendy because I my niece (the flowergirl) had an issue come up and was unable to make it to the wedding ceremony with her dad so we were unable to get a complete family photo right after the ceremony. During the wedding, Steve came over to my husband and I and asked if we wanted to use the booth because our 3 hours were up and we had not used it yet! It was very nice of him to check-in because we completely forgot about it and wanted at least one picture. He was fully stocked with props and everyone at the wedding loved the booth. You can record videos, take pictures and GIFs. The wedding night Steve gave us our photobook guest album and within a few days sent us a CD/Flashdrive with our videos. Very unprofessional since day 1…read more We had an appointment to check the place out and the owner nabely did not pay us much attention because she was "busy", and she did this at every appointment but we decided to go with the place because it was beautiful and had everything we needed. So we thought. we Went with the smallest package because I wanted to decorate myself. she said " your wedding is destined to fail" because I didn't wanna pay the extra $4000 just for her to decorate?? she said the oven came with the hall Then days before my wedding she told me the racks in the oven were gone because someone else rented them. So we had to Buy some. months before the wedding I told her in great description what tables i Wanted to use and how I want them set up. Day of the wedding comes along and she has the completely wrong tables out which messes up my whole seating chart so I had to have my family run around and move all the tables around, decorate and coordinate with the caterer. Thankfully they got it all done in time. Some things were messed up because they didn't have enough time due to the tables. my bridesmaid had to get dressed in the bridal sweet because she was nice enough to help set Up and the bridal sweet had a window wide open and Everyone could see her dressing if they walked by. ??? day of coordinator/owner Jason was on point the whole wedding made sure I had what I needed but at the end of the night when my family was done cleaning up he said " okay now get the fuck out my building". i would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Right from the beginning, he made an effort to get to know us and went out of his way to connect with our venue team to make sure he was approachable and open to communication. The fun energy he created as an MC/DJ for our guests is something we will never forget. It was so great taking a moment to look across the dance floor and see so many faces we know & love light up for song after song after song. We've lost count of the compliments we've received from guests- "I didn't want to leave the dance floor!", "Banger after banger!", "Who's your DJ?!", "Just when I thought I needed a break, another great song came on!". This behavior is beyond unprofessional, which was my grievance in the first review to begin with -- not that they made a mistake with my order, but that their response to their mistake was rude and unprofessional. There were several points since MAY this situation could have come to a peaceful end, or at least an end, period. They could have refunded me and the issue would have been resolved and I would have updated my review to reflect that. They could have done nothing, or they could have responded to the reviews myself and my family left, and then we all move on with our lives. Instead, she decided to make up factious stories for no other reason then to defame and harass me. I once again question how many people were bullied into taking down honest reviews because this company is willing to resort to unethical tactics to try and suppress bad reviews. I stand behind my original review and every time this business decides to take irrational and spiteful actions against me, whether it be through her lawyers or members of her family stalking my Linkedin profile, I am more convinced in my assessment that this business is unprofessional.
