I wish I never contacted this company. After several emails, pictures etc. I was assured that the balloons I wanted for my twins Bnai Mitzvah party would be done exactly as agreed on. 1. They didn't show up until we called, they knew date was June 8, they didn't realize the 8th was a Friday- they were setting up as our guests were arriving. 2. They did not have the lights for the balloons as we had agreed on, I was promised that the centerpieces would look the same as the pictures we had gone over (several times). I prepaid $1,160.00 and asked for 1/2 back. I was eventually mailed a check for 221.00 which bounced!! Please do not use this company if you are throwing any kind of event! Balloons were tied really well because they survived a return trip from event to my home out the sun roof at 30-40mph!!! I had ordered a singing telegram through Nationwide Singing Telegram Company and they contracted with Balloons All Over to come to my husband's 40th birthday party. For telegrams it was embarrassingly horrible! I was told that the performance would be ten minutes long, personalized, and funny. The pink gorilla showed up in a bad looking costume, sang happy birthday and left! Not even 5 minutes. He didn't even want to come into the room where all the people were. He tried to stay in the hallway! I was so embarrassed and I had paid 200 dollars for this! Beware!!! read more
