We noticed that there's a lot of Indian influence on the menu and learned that one of the owners is from India! Very neat and unique to offer items like the Masala Spice omelette. The food did take quite a while to come out. Our server had noted that the kitchen was waiting for our chicken patty to defrost. I think normally the food comes out faster, but unfortunately for us this was not the case. The Cooper Plate is located in a casino and is not it's own building. Look for its sign on the front side of the casino.
