She took the cup from me and said, "I don't understand. I even scooped off FOAM as I was finishing the drink. Do you want me to add more milk?" No- apology, nothing kind, just belligerent everything. I turned her down, as I needed to just get going, but she solidified that I will never give my business to this location again. I regret that I didn't take a photo of my index finger.
