The salad looked good but the blue cheese dressing was somewhat bland a watery. The steak was ordered medium but no more than medium. It was about 1/2 inch thick, over spiced and over cooked. I'd put the steak in the pathetic category considering the price ($52). One of my companions had Caesar salad. It was salty and lacking the zest from lemon. She wasn't impressed with the "seasonal vegetable" which was a corn and pepper dish. She liked her entree, the lemon salmon. My other companion had the same impression as I did of the blue cheese dressing. He liked his steak (NT strip) and was grilled to order. The service and ambience were good. All things considered, our experience was quite disappointing. I can no longer recommend The Den.

Plus outdoor seating. Just not today. The crew in the kitchen are terrific and the food is very good. With some oddities. The Chile Relleno is poblano pepper with an egg over it. And the enchiladas are small with no real sauce. The beans and rice are perfect and the taste and quality of the food is wonderful. My husband had the carne asada and they were great.
