Mistakes happen, but that's a pretty big error and shows a lack of verification on their part. They told me they'd remake my food free of charge (which of course....they gave my order away), but it still took almost 26 minutes. Between arriving, finding out what happened, and waiting for them to remake everything, I was without my order for almost an hour because of their mistake. I'd actually been here 4 times before this and always had a great experience, so this was really disappointing. More than the mistake itself, it was the lack of urgency in fixing it that rubbed me the wrong way. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, I won't be back.
