It's sad because uncle Derrick had a really nice place; my daughters used to get all their supplies here for surfing and bodyboarding, they did jr lifeguards every year, various meets, the Grom, etc. I also asked some friends about our recent experiences there and several of them said that they have had similar experiences there recently. She talks down to people and acts like customers are an inconvenience. I think this auntie is probably his family member since he doesn't seem to be able to correct her, it's at least the third or fourth time she's been rude and dismissive to us. This is the third strike. Who knows, maybe she just doesn't like the way we look!?! The last time we told uncle Derrick about the way she talked to us before we left, it doesn't seem to have made an impact. We probably won't be back again.

An hour fitting is about $1.50 for parking fees which are paid via credit card. They also provide shoe rentals for $20 if needed (we didn't opt for this but very reasonable pricing!). The husband/wife owners were gracious, warm and very friendly. Made both my father and brother feel at ease and comfortable. I would 100% come back again for formal needs.

The variety colors and styles is overwhelming. I saw the arrows on the ground which help customers because a person could get lost in there! Service was friendly in the beginning, but cooled off in the end when I didn't like the dress that was suggested to me. I went in the dressing room, but didn't need help with the zipper. After learning a little backstory on tuxes and suits from Justin and realizing that we wanted the guys to really be POPPIN, we went from black tuxes to a champagne color tux for my groom and full maroon tuxes for the groomsmen. Absolutely no regrets. Photos and videos all look amazing with them. I truly appreciate Justin taking the time to educate and even push us to move away from the norm and do something more exciting which in the end really fit us best. I believe the price for tux rentals are pretty similar at most of the shops in Honolulu, and since we have no real need to keep tuxes it's a great price at $250 per.
