Over the next several months, we repeatedly requested the progress updates and photos we were told we would receive. Instead, we were given multiple estimated completion dates that came and went without any product, updates, or supporting information. By mid-November--after more than two months of delays and asking for realistic timelines so we could coordinate with other contractors--we were informed that the business would not complete the project. The owner cancelled our order outright and issued a full refund. While we do appreciate that the refund was processed promptly, the cancellation caused a significant setback to our bathroom renovation, especially after we had already structured our broader project timeline around the commitments made earlier. We made a deliberate effort to support a local Annapolis business, but our experience was disappointing and disruptive. Customers considering custom work here should be aware of the repeated delays, lack of communication, and ultimate cancellation we encountered. This review reflects our direct experience and the impact it had on our project and schedule.

To differentiate between the two locations they are calling the downtown Annapolis store The Cottage on Main and the Severna Park store The Cottage in The Park. The inventory between the two stores seems very similar. I can almost always find something to buy at this great local, small business. Here are some of my most recent finds: - Avanti greeting cards often featuring funny animals. They are the best! - Keva leather jewelry. It's light and so comfortable to wear. - Farmhouse Fresh lotions and soaps. Great quality and not overbearing scents. - Hobo purses and wallets. Awesome colors, practical designs and yummy leather. - A variety of thoughtful and sweet baby gifts. Lots of pretty prints. - Boho bandeaus. I really like these for working out in the yard. - Rifle Paper Co. stemless drinking glasses. Seems great for anything. - Although not personally a favorite of mine, popular brands like Vera Bradley, Kendra Scott and Swig. Since this location is in downtown Annapolis parking is a consideratoin. On an early weekday morning you might be able to grab a metered spot our front. The Noah Hillman Parking Garage is nearby too.
