On 8/27, I emailed the company for a status update. No response. On 8/30, I called and spoke to the owner. I was assured my order would be delivered via "priority - one day delivery" by mid-week. No shirts. I called 8/31 and 9/1. The owner kept ensuring me the shirts would arrive before mock orientation on 9/3. They did not arrive. I called again on 9/2. No answer. On 9/7/21 (after the holiday), I called City Wide Promotions again. The owner apologized (again) and stated they would personally deliver the uniform shirts to our home that evening in time for the first day of school. He re-confirmed my address and phone number. I called at 8:30pm for an ETA, no answer. We waited until 10:30pm that night, no one arrived. On the first day of school (9/8), we still haven't received our order. And yet, City Wide Promotions still had our full payment. Luckily, I found four (4) shirts from another vendor (extremely expensive - due to increased demand), so our child was in full uniform the first day of school. It was an unbelievable, sub-par experience. I will never work with City Wide Promotions again.

I've met up with her several times! She's so patient and understanding! She's a lot younger (like mid 20's) than I expected but she's really knowledgeable. Shes been doing this her entire life. Shes also very honest about what she doesn't know and what she's still learning. Like palm reading. She's still learning and practicing. So she pulls out a few reference books. She makes sure she doesn't provide any incorrect information. If she isn't sure, she'll tell you. She'll verify in multiple reference books before telling you anything too. I liked this a lot. Her expertise are in tarot, oracle, bone throwing, and pendulum reading as well as spell work. She does a great job! I've had her do many types of all of these! She's been right every time so far! And all of her spells have worked so far too! I'm really impressed! She's also willing to work at events. That's how I found her actually. She was doing tarot and oracle readings at a small event. It was $10 for a 5 card pull. She does all sorts of deals! She has SO MANY tarot and oracle decks that you can choose from! She also has a ton of lenormand decks but I've never had one of those readings done. She even sells handmade jewelry that I've bought - it's so pretty! I wear it every day!
