This was by far the best lasagna I've had since New York City. I come from Brooklyn and I'm always looking for a really great service and some fun too, but most of all the food is just amazing

Hostess/owner is a grouch and servers are kind but very disorganized! They don't prepare your table with the necessary plates or cutlery until after your food is in front of you. It took them a while to get my order correct and then they attempted to deliver my entree less than 5 minutes after they brought me my salad. Food is okay but not great. The marinara sauce in the lasagna was bland and the lasagna was dry. Maybe it's because they kept it under a heat lamp for about 15 minutes before they put some fresh cheese on the top and served it to me. I was told that they were going to make a fresh lasagna but not convinced that they actually did that.

I think the like being able to plan staff based on reservations, so call up and make one! We've had the pasta limon (lemon pasta) twice and the Creme sauce is just lovely with the briney compliment of the capers!! The pasta is cooked perfectly. The 4 cheese pasta was a close second - very nicely done. Hubby had the lasagna and it was quite good! We couldn't manage desserts but I'm sure they are nice too!

We ordered pizza to go and it was ready within thirty minutes. Everyone was friendly and very helpful helping us decide what to order. Everything was delicious but my only complaint is the veggie pizza. All the veggies are separate. I prefer them mixed all together so I get a bit of everything on one slice. We will be back on our next visit.

This Resturant is off E Frontage Rd & Avenida Goya in Tubac, Arizona…read more I came here to have dinner with my family, it's my first time here. I quickly Noticed how super clean this Italian restaurant was & so were the restrooms. It's a very big restaurant everything is highly organized with attention to details. The atmosphere very warm and friendly. Our hostess greeted us and and sat us down so Kind of her. We looking at our menu, when Bryan approached us, asked if we had any questions. I did , he answered them beautifully! They have so many choices to choose from. They have pastas, soups & salads, appetizers, house traditions, chef's specials, pizzas, hero's, burgers, and desserts! Their price points are spot on and for amount of food it's Amazing !! Our waiter Bryan was very polite, wonderful, kind, caring, sweet, super down to earth. He has this positive energy about himself that really radiates! He is your Shining Star!! His shine never fades!! We ordered Bolognese, and Traditional Cheese 12" with 2 sodas. The dishes are so delicious. Bryan also made sure if we needed anything, he was on it! I would like to Thank the Staff at The Italian Peasant for being so warm & friendly! I would love to especially Thank Bryan for making our visit so memorable! We will definitely be back again! I'll tell all my Family Friends to visit here !

We were warmly greeted and shown to our table immediately at our reservation time. Party of 4. The restaurant is in a strip mall. They've done a nice job inside dressing it up but it could probably use an update again. Water and bread arrived almost before we were seated. There was garlic bread and a focaccia. Oil oil and balsamic are provided at the table. The bread is good but nothing memorable. Drink orders were taken and delivered fast. My $13 glass of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo was good. All the entrees come with soup or salad. Three of us had Minestrone and one tomato basil. All were tasty and fresh Parmesan was shaved on top table side. The soups could have been a little hotter IMO. We ordered two chicken dishes, an Eggplant lasagna, which is no longer listed on the menu, but they'll make it for you, and Cioppino. Everyone enjoyed their dinners. I had the Cioppino and thought the scallops, shrimp and mussels could have been cooked for 60-90 seconds less. They weren't chewy but not buttery soft either. The sauce was very good. Considering the restaurant is owned by a Mexican family and there likely isn't an Italian chef anywhere near this area, I'd give it a solid 4. They wouldn't survive in NYC or the surrounding area, but if I lived here, and the service and food were the quality we experienced tonight, I'd be a regular.

Thankfully, we found Ragazzi! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and struck that perfect balance of checking on us without making us feel like we were being supervised. My wife ordered the chicken parmigiana with Alfredo sauce, and I went with the lobster ravioli. We paired them with a glass of Malbec for her and a Merlot for me. Everything was delicious, but I have to give a special shout-out to the warm bread. Let's just say it took some serious self-control to save room for our entrées. Then came the grand finale: the tiramisu. It was absolutely divine and easily big enough for two people to share... assuming one of them is willing to share. Fortunately, we've had 29 years to practice. We left full, happy, and wondering how we hadn't discovered Ragazzi sooner. It's always exciting to find a fantastic local restaurant, especially one so close to home. We'll definitely be back--and probably sooner than our next anniversary!

Located inside the Sierra Vista Mall, this little Italian Bakery will turn some heads. Close to no where, except locals; until now let's help launch this local venue into a new universe. The city of Sierra Vista is a hop, skip, and a jump over the moon it seems. A sleepover or lay over this little town is to me. It's very popular with military folk stationed at Fort Hauchua, and on the way if your driving to Tombstone. Great small town America stop over for some delicious treats. Dolce Amore is locally owned business here in Sierra Vista, she can be found on Facebook: at dessertscakescookiepastries. Orders may be placed on line at their Facebook page or by calling. Have you had any good tarts yet? They stock mini tarts with your choice of filling. Who's up for a cherry, apple, or even Nutella tart? You know where to come. One has to have a knack to make "great authentic Italian Creme." While I was in line a regular customer started up a conversation about Dolce's treats. She praised and praised all their achievements here at delivering such deliciousness. The cannolis were so delicious to this individual that she bought the first round. Shocked at her kindness, I took a dozen to go. The Creme inside of the cannoli is just perfect. It's not too rich, and it's got a wonderful hint of lemon to it. Delicious! I'm enjoying those cannolis as I pen this. The passion and creativity that this business brings is truly incredible with such talent. Mmmm, tastes so good. Food: The food was decent overall, with some definite hits…read moreand misses. I ordered the stuffed shells and enjoyed them. My husband had the pepperoni calzone and liked it as well, particularly the crust, which he described as having an almost pretzel-like quality. The fried zucchini came out extremely hot and fresh and, importantly, was not soggy. Unfortunately, it was also almost flavorless and mostly tasted like plain fried batter. The Italian wedding soup itself was nice, although the serving was quite small. The roll that came with it was stale and tough and seemed like a basic store-bought roll. Service: Our waitress was very good. She was professional, personable, attentive, and pleasant throughout our meal. I want to make that distinction because our problem was not with her. Our issue was with the woman working behind the bar. We arrived at approximately 2 PM during an active monsoon, with rain and lightning, while a flash flood warning was in effect until approximately 4 PM. She told us that we could not sit inside because my service dog was not wearing a vest labeled "SERVICE DOG." We explained that she is my service dog, but the woman continued to insist that a labeled service vest was required and told us that we would have to sit outside. This was not simply an unpleasant customer-service decision. Under the ADA, service dogs are not required to wear a vest, patch, identification tag, or specially labeled harness, and a restaurant cannot deny someone accompanied by a qualifying service dog access to areas where customers are normally permitted solely because the dog is not wearing one. Denying us indoor access on that basis was contrary to federal ADA requirements. Rather than turn the situation into an argument, we complied and ate outside during the monsoon, rain, and lightning while the flash flood warning was still active. What made the situation even more confusing was that Argenziano's Yelp listing itself currently states "Dogs allowed." Regardless of whatever their general pet policy may be, however, my dog is a service dog, so the lack of a labeled vest should never have been the reason we were denied indoor seating. Atmosphere: The restaurant itself was very dark and muggy inside. There is a difference between dim, cozy lighting and simply not having enough light, and this leaned toward the latter. It honestly had an almost medieval feel to it. The restaurant could easily feel much more welcoming just by turning on some additional lights and paying a little more attention to the indoor comfort level. Value: This was another major disappointment. Before our waitress's tip, our bill was approximately $62 for stuffed shells, a simple pepperoni calzone, a very small serving of Italian wedding soup with a basic roll, fried zucchini, and two iced teas. For the quantity and overall quality of what we received, I simply do not think it was worth $62. The food was not bad, but nothing about the meal justified that price to me. When you also factor in the drive to Corona de Tucson and the experience we had upon arriving, the value simply was not there. Overall: There were things we genuinely liked. My stuffed shells were good, my husband enjoyed his calzone, and our waitress did a very good job and was both professional and personable. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by the high price for what we received, the dark and muggy atmosphere, inconsistent food quality, and especially being denied indoor seating during an active monsoon and flash flood warning because my service dog was not wearing a vest that the ADA does not require. It was not worth the amount of money or the drive for us, especially given the experience with the woman behind the bar. I sincerely hope management addresses this and provides proper ADA service-animal training to its staff. Customers with legitimate service dogs should not be put in the position of either leaving their service animal behind or being sent outside into severe weather because an employee is enforcing a requirement that does not actually exist.
