Matt was absolutely the most amazing calming person I ever spoke to. He took care of everything. Of course I go back out in my car starts. I am bringing my car in - at least I don't have to get it towed ... and Matt gave me a little advice. Apparently if you drive your car less than 50 miles a week it's really bad for your battery. When taking it to another mechanic, he told me that my oil was really dirty considering that you just recently did the oil change two weeks ago so that wasn't something I would want to hear. Not to say my car needs the work, (because before you even started the work, you gave me a car fax report on all the issues which i thought was "pushy". I think you could've done a better job addressing the reason for my initial visit....oil leak - not the other (100) reasons.

the most reliable, authentic, and integral mechanic i've ever been to. went to another mechanic for…read morea misfire, was told my engine was failing, and then knew i had to get a second opinion from sunrise. mark was able to diagnose my issue (a couple misfires and a missing engine air filter), was able to accommodate my request for a full tune up (did not push a full tune up, i asked for one) and didn't charge an arm and a leg for the service. paid less than $500 for a complete tune up including replacing all 4 plugs and coils, cleaning the throttle body, and replacing a missing filter. honest, upfront, and all around excellent person to trust my vehicle and my sanity with.

I had no idea where to take my car for work. After doing a lot of research, I chose A-1 Expert. I definitely made the right decision. After talking with Chris and watching the crew in the shop, I felt at ease and knew I could trust them to do too work. Chris kept me informed when a wear sensor needed to be replaced and wasn't available. Let me know he could get it next day.
