I shop here a lot, and I've been helped by one clerk a handful of times. Autumn B has the absolute best attitude. I have seen this young woman deal with curveballs and smile. I have seen her helping multiple people in the self checkout and smile no matter how busy she is. I was next in line once when she was getting ready to go to break, so she must've been at least a little tired, when a fellow coworker complained about not getting to go to break, Autumn kept smiling. I'm telling you, this girl is the best ambassador, the best face your company can put on. She is amazing and never fails to make me smile. read more

We have been trying to get my husband's prescription for 10 days. Getting to just get someone to answer the phone is incredible. One person sees the script and another does not. Next month we'll try a different pharmacy. Sure do miss our Rite Aid. read more

Went through self check out to buy beer. I know, right, I should know better. Well I scanned the beer and then my card. It wouldn't complete the transaction without assistance. Nobody came to complete my transaction. I cancelled my order and left. They decided to charge my credit card anyhow. read more

Lots of stuff. Food, electronics, clothes, curtain rods, candy. Basically, this is a Super Target or Super Walmart. The prices seamed reasonable as did the selection. It was very clean, unlike typical Big box stores. read more

Meijer - Grocery Near Me - Swartz Creek, Michigan

A nice, new and clean Meijer store. I just started using their pharmacy and so far they have been super. Two great things about this store are the toy section and the pet care aisles. They get the newest Lego minifgures and Walking Dead figures. My cats like the wide variety of treats available here, especially Temptations. This store has a good beer selection and liquor aisle. They have lots of craft beers, if that's your thing. Finally, because it is in a semi-rural area, there are occasionally some unusual vehicles in the parking lot. I mean the dirty, battered "country hoopties" and odd examples of Redneck engineering. read more

I am currently in line waiting to check out. I can see no less than 4 employees standing around talking from where I am at. Two employees also walked by talking. There are only 3 non self service lines open and they are all 4 people deep at a minimum. Store was clean and they had what I was looking for. The check out situation needs to be fixed. read more

Went on Nov. 1 to return a dog Halloween costume. Customer service lady was so rude. I had two on receipt. She says "you must have rang the same one twice so this one isn't on here". I said " well there was one actual cashier with 10 people waiting so as to seemingly force people to use the self check out. If Meijer is too cheap to pay people they should allow returns if simple errors like this inadvertently happen. You can see the Meijer tag and I have a reciept for the full price not the half off". She then states "Well that's not my problem, you don't have a receipt for this costume". I just could not believe how horribly rude and awful I was treated. And all because Meijer is to cheap to staff their lanes. It's really really sad. I won't ever go back to the Swartz Creek Meijer. And Meijer in general if I can avoid it. I have spoken to so many people who have had terrible experiences at the Swartz Creek store. Sad. read more

Pharmacy- Rude, rude, rude! They speak to like you are a complete moron. On the phone they are even worse. Before you can even get your whole question finished, they cut you off. I pay cash for my prescriptions and they act like I am beneath their professional standards. read more

I was just at meijer at swartz creek. Once again it was a shit show. Every time I go in there it is either, not stocked, can't find, and now new self checkout that doesn't work. It stopped working when I was in line. It stopped taking any cards, cash only. Did not know this before I tried to checkout. Would have been nice to know before I waited in line. Stopped my checkout, told associate I was going to atm just like everyone else. Got right back, my order was gone and transaction cleared. Had to go hunting for my stuff. This isn't first time. Between the crappy buyer and obviously bad management, it will be my last time. Same your energy go to kroger, VG's, hill road meijer, anywhere else. read more

Very disappointed in the Meijer pick up. We were told our pick up time was between 2 and 3. At 2:15, we received a text that it had been moved to 3 to 4. At 4:40 we still did not have our groceries!! read more

The short female manager is the absolute rudest person I've ever seen in retail! I witnessed her yelling at kids that were doing absolutely nothing wrong and her whole demeanor with customers is absolutely pathetic! I love our Swartz Creek Meijer! I do all my grocery shopping here and to be honest I am spoiled by the personal attention I get. The greeters see me coming and they know I need an amigo and they have it ready for me when I step into the store. Meat is always fresh and so is the fruit. Prices are reasonable and with Mperks I earn lots of rewards. I get all of my prescriptions filled there and the pharmacists know most of their patients by name. The store director is usually walking through the store and is always available to answer questions you may have. It's small store treatment form a large store and I love it. read more

This is by far my favorite Meijer store to visit. I even go out of my way just to go to this store. I usually do my grocery shopping after work, which is in the wee morning hours, and I always feel safe coming to this location. Everything is easy to find, because the store is set up and arranged nicely. The staff there has always been very helpful and friendly, and the store is always neat and clean. I recommend visiting this location, as it's the best one I've been to. read more

We have been to Meijer's a hundred time and this time was a challenge. The young woman at the checkout did not seem to want to be there, grabbing our stuff and just throwing some of it in the bag as well as mixing raw meat,vegetables and cleaning stuff.
