Bring your own bags from home or pay a very small fee to buy them. We bring our own and it is never a issue. My only complaint is produce. I run into this at most Aldi locations in Michigan. The produce only lasts a few days. It could simply be where it is shipped from but I cant rely on it lasting 1/2 a week. Not a big deal if you are using it up in a day or so.

Above and Beyond Service: Krystal Turns a Potential Hassle into an Exceptional Experience…read more Truly outstanding customer service that deserves recognition. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience was too good not to share. My wife had placed an online pickup order, and due to my schedule, I arrived after the pickup department had already closed. On top of that, I couldn't locate the order in the Kroger app, so I assumed I'd have to come back another day. Thankfully, Krystal, a Customer Online Order Pickup Associate, completely changed that outcome. She quickly found my order, directed me to meet her at the customer service desk, personally retrieved my groceries, and handled everything with a warm, upbeat attitude. What stood out most was that she didn't just fix the issue--she went the extra mile. Krystal took the time to explain what to do if this situation happens again, letting me know I could simply call the store if my order might be put away and they would gladly hold it for pickup the next day. That kind of proactive, thoughtful service is rare and deeply appreciated. As someone who manages a large team, I recognize how valuable employees like Krystal are. She clearly takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about helping customers. She even shared that she enjoys doing whatever she can to take care of people, and it absolutely showed. I'd also like to acknowledge Rose from Kroger's Customer Service Call Center. After my visit, I called to make sure this feedback reached store leadership so Krystal could receive the recognition she deserves. Rose was incredibly kind, appreciative, and helpful throughout the conversation. Too often, businesses only hear from customers when something goes wrong. This is one of those moments where everything went right. Thank you, Krystal and Rose, for delivering such an exceptional experience. Because of associates like you, my family and I will continue shopping at Kroger.

I was just there to browse and see what they have to offer but unfortunately, I wasn't able to return to try any of the establishments. I do hope to try something on the next go around. On the day that I visited, it was clean, organized and easy to navigate; for the most part it goes around in a circle with only a few businesses e.g. pizza, ice cream place, etc. tucked in a corner. It's the layout. A better structure would make all the difference. Let's be real, some of these places can be high end, so I would love a cleaner, more polished feel to the place overall. That can start with the central dining area. It's not nice. It could be rustic and a place people would want to sit and have coffee. Unless it's Steady Eddy's, I'm taking my food to go. The place severely needs a makeover. It's right by the college. Capitalize on that. Make it an environment that is friendly and they will come and patronize regularly. I should know- I used to be one of those students. Let's talk about parking. Yep- I'm going to move every last of those orange cones every single time to create more parking. You're welcome people of Flint. Whoever is doing that has no common sense. And now the good- clean bathrooms. Yay! Air conditioned shopping is a plus. There are an excellent variety of vendors. Now do them proud. Tile the floor with interesting art. Bring in different woods to give a homey feel. Get rid of that flea market vibe and make it alt art chic. You're a step away from greatness. You can do this. Reinvest in your structure.
