The perscriptions are never texted to let me know they are ready. I have asked 3 times.

So I recently moved 0.4 miles away from this CVS and as a previous Walgreen's snob, i was dejected…read moreand swore to only go in if absolutely necessary. I reluctantly signed up for a CVS Extracare card and switched my one prescription over. Well 4 months later, I end up here more than I care to admit! It is a perfect place to run for that one ingredient you forgot at the grocery store, the bottle of wine that you need on Friday night or, as in the case this morning, milk for the baby to drink. 9/10 times they have had what I was looking for. (They don't have tortilla shells... an assortment of other bread products but no tortillas.) I docked a star because sometimes cleanliness is an issue in this store and oh my Lawd, those receipts are the definition of deforestation. The employees are always friendly, helpful and attentive. And I roll in at maximum neediness, crying baby, hungover, stressed out, in my pajamas, etc. I haven't had any dealings with the pharmacy yet but I will later today. I am assuming they will also adhere to the high standards set by the front of store staff.

We switched my grandmas prescriptions from walgreens to here, and so far so good. We always had…read moreissues over there, they would outright misplace her prescription and then claim it had been picked up causing hours of stress, panic, and frustration. This happened several times, and enough was enough. No such issues here. My grandma also likes the rewards she earns shopping here, and the service has been helpful.

This is my local Walmart and so I end up here more often than I probably should. I am a general fan…read moreof Walmart because it is a great place for busy parents to get everything done all in one shot. I really appreciate the flexibility of getting all of my errands done at one store. I have had worse experiences than my most recent trip but we are on the upswing so I am optimistic. Today, the employees were engaged in stock and straightening up the aisles, shelves, and bins. It was almost surreal for a Walmart. I love going clothes shopping here towards the seasons changing because the clearance racks offer deals that you can't beat. I was able to find some cute shirts for my growing preteen to wear to school at less than $8 a piece. One shirt was only a dollar! I also love the baby separates at $3-$4 a piece. I am getting a little less flexible as I get older and a kind employee, who was probably a teenager, was nice enough to help me look for the size I needed on a low rack. I ended up with a few shirts for my older daughter and quite a few outfits for my younger daughter. I headed for the checkout lines and quite a few of the lanes were empty of cashiers while the lines were getting increasingly longer at the open lanes and self-checkout registers. My one criticism is that this situation seems to be the norm instead of a deviance from the norm. More cashiers are needed when you have more customers. I also wanted to mention the employee near the self-checkout when I passed through. While I was checking out, my daughter's diaper decided to give up it's absorbance goals and literally poured baby pee onto the floor. Although I am sure that was the absolute last thing that she wanted to deal with, the employee brought me paper towels and helped me clean up the mess that I unintentionally created. I really appreciate that! Overall not a bad experience.

Imagine having to wait almost 2 hours at the pick up location. For three items to keep on waiting…read more I will no longer go to this location. I spoke to the manager and no help at all. I wasted all that time for nothing. This has never happened to me at other locations until today when I visited this Walmart. Bad experience. I needed those items badly since I'm on a budget and they failed me. Never again at this location.

We switched to ProHealth maybe 6 months ago and will not go the big chains again! Dimple is by far…read morethe most amazing pharmacist I have ever encountered. Every time she calls, I feel as if I am her only customer! She is very attentive and goes that extra mile to find what other pharmacies said could not be done. She has delivered on what we preferred every time! She even called US to let us know it was time to refill and she took the initiative to make sure she had our brand in stock before we ran out. There is no drive thru and I can not compulsively shop while waiting in line for what seems like hours at other pharmacies. I am okay with that! It feels "small town, old-school" with exceptional service and that kind of customer attention is very hard to come by these days!

Unprofessional. Pharmacist and owner, Chirag, refused to call my Dr office to facilitate refill. Dr…read moreoffice wants to hear from pharmacist, not a lay person. It was great while refill lasted. Then when a little extra work was needed by pharmacist, he was inadequate. I see same in other reviews. Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. I try to give the small guys some business, and this is why we use cvs or walgreens. They provide basic customer service.
