    I was just at the store paid $11.55 for a can of lysol Are they price gouging or what the cash I just don't tell me that's their normal price for a can of lysol Won't be shopping CVS anymore And the reason I bought the can was to make sure my bus was sanitized for the seniors and disable Especially in the time of need Things really need to be sanitized and they're going around charge and $11.55 for 1 can of lysol

    How 4x6 photos are printed at CVS- wrong size & wrong way - the photo being held is how they are supposed to be printed.

    I've been printing photos at this CVS for several years, photos for work and my personal life. I had placed two separate orders of 100 prints each - one for personal and one for work, when I came to pick up my photos only one order was processed correctly,the work photos. My personal photos were missing 20 prints out of 100 and the photos that were supposed to be printed vertical were printed horizontally and cropped with a white border. I came back to CVS explaining my situation calmly to the store manager about the problem in which he responded saying it was the way I placed the order on the computer and it was my fault, ignoring his accusations I asked if I can get a refund and have the photos corrected, he agreed. I can back the following day to show how the photos were printed out wrong, where he responded with well the photos there and I responded with I ordered for a 4x6 photo not a smaller photo on a 4x6 print and asked the question of do you think a customer would be happy with the print? His response was ," I don't care what the customer thinks of the photo I just print." I returned the photos and asked him how he was going to discard my pictures because for my privacy I'd like them shredded. He said a company picks up the photos and shreds them they do not do it in the store. I asked for the shredder companies name he said he couldn't tell me. I was simply worried about my privacy where he did not understand. I asked to for a phone number to speak to his supervisor and he said call 1800 I did and I explained my situation to the phone representative where she said it will be reviewed in the next 24-48 hours. I told the manager he will be contacted by the district manager and myself again. The STORE MANAGER: THRICE B. was rude, unprofessional, raising his voice at me, and wearing his AirPods not only in front of me but other customers, and not once did he apologize for any of the faults or misunderstandings. I cannot wait to hear how the district manager will handle this situation. The photos are a least of my worry at this point but a huge worry is that the experience and service given by a STORE manager is not where it should be.

    The pharmacy department and all that work in it are very nice. The rest of the store is very shady and the bathroom is disgusting.

    I was out of town for the past 3 days and according to my Walgreens app had two prescription to…read morepick-up. The app told me for one of the prescription I had until September 3 to pick it up. I went to the pharmacy and requested my prescription and was only given one. The pharmacy tech explained the other one had already been returned to the shelf and would not be filled until tomorrow. Because I was in the drive-thru and did not want to hold up the line I parked my car and went inside. Once inside I spoke with the Pharmacy Manager Asna who said it is their policy to return all prescription unclaimed for 10 days to the shelf at 5pm on the 10th day. Even though the app says the prescription is ready for pick up and the pharmacy does not close until 8pm. Asna said it is done at 5pm because after 5pm they do not have the manpower to return all the prescriptions for the day after 5pm there are only two people working. I asked Asna if this 5pm prescription return was a corporate policy, a store policy and if it was written somewhere. I then asked Asna to provide me with a number of their corporate office so I could get clarification on this policy. Asna, the Pharmacy Manager, then stated she needed to follow another "strict" policy (meal break from 6:45p - 7:15p) and proceeded to walk away and start closing all the interior windows to the pharmacy I spoke with the store manager on duty and requested the corporate office number which she provided. I called and filled a complaint with the corporate office and they told me I would hear back from a district manager in 2 business days. At 7:23 I received a text from Walgreens stating my prescription, that could not be filled until tomorrow, was now filled. This Walgreens pharmacy at the time of this had a 2.6 star review out of 5. After this encounter I wonder if the pharmacy management is where the customer service failure is taking place. Pharmacy Manager Asna - Do Better!

I arrived about 9:40 to see if the med was ready. The lady rudely told me it would be ready after 11am because they just opened. So I come back at 11am and now they're at lunch. Serious!!? Long gone are the days that Walgreens was my pharmacy of choice. Someone could die waiting to get their medication.

Just about every time I have picked up a prescription I use the drive thru window. The speaker to begin with is terrible. However, let this speaker be the first REG FLAG for this pharmacy. After repeatedly never having one of my prescriptions the pharmacist suggested switching MG's with my doctor to be able to receive this medication more regularly. After 2 months, this same pharmacist that worked 10/05/2023 at 8:00pm at night then told me to switch back to the old dosage as she could get this in. Suggesting switching dosages on a mental health medication, as well as not having any to take as they are 'out', is not what my opinion of a pharmacist should be. To suggest multiple times to change my dosages on medications when they are not my practicing doctor with little to no knowledge of my medical history is not only outrageous, but DANGEROUS and should be illegal. I would love to report this interaction to a board or somewhere higher, and plan to. But this is my first step in action to at least make others aware of this. I have never heard of anyone with mental health issues to find a baseline by consistently changing their medication dosages by the recommendation of someone other than their practicing doctor. They will also changed your medications from a brand covered by insurance to another brand not covered, will not inform you, but you will only find out once you are required to pay. My same medications would vary from $10, to $25, and then to $40. Not in the order and never consistent. I've been charged these 3 differing prices on multiple occasions for 1 of my medications. This should be your least concern here. I live in Grayslake, not Skokie. Moved here from Naperville in 2021 and have nothing but bad experiences from this pharmacy. So consistently bad that this is my first and only negative review.
