What gets my goad is coming home to upload tge digital image and seeing Walgreens dumbassery on full display: Their frigging ad tagline runs across the top of the photo! Her dismissive attitude and lack of attention to detail were shocking and completely unacceptable. Not only did Sara Power fail to provide the basic level of care and service expected from a pharmacist, but her rude and condescending behavior towards me and other customers was downright disrespectful. It was abundantly clear that she had no regard for the well-being or concerns of those she was supposed to be helping. I would strongly advise anyone in the Gurnee area to steer clear of this Walgreens location and to avoid any interactions with Sara Power. Her incompetence and lack of professionalism have no place in a customer-facing role, and I would caution anyone in need of pharmacy services to seek assistance elsewhere. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not wish it upon anyone else. The only downfall is for the store itself, they are constantly out of so many things. Which is great when considering that means folks are really enjoy these same items, but the difficulty of getting things becomes a hit or miss. I have learned that this pharmacy can compound custom medications for people and pets, including flavored options for animals (!!!). Surprisingly there are lots of toys and candies (at child level), greeting cards, sodas as well as gift items and medical supplies. So bring in your kids, your elderly parent, your dog (maybe?), your spouse. I must find out more about these flavored meds for pets.

Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. I try to give the small guys some business, and this is why we use cvs or walgreens. They provide basic customer service.

I called back and spoke to the manager this time, and he continued to say that they had no record of me and asked why I was going to this location as if that was pertinent information for him. He continued to be very sassy and rude so I became frustrated as he did not believe me that the app and the other location both said that the medication was ready at his location. I then asked to speak to somebody else, and he said there was nobody else at their location. Magically there was somebody else there and when she checked, she found the prescription. She stated that she didn't scroll to the bottom of my profile, which they originally said, didn't exist, to see the prescription. I strongly advise staying clear of this location if possible. It is clearly a very poorly run store with employees who lack proper training and customer service skills.
