No more having to wait for an employee to come from the back or finish helping customers upfront before getting to you. They now have for cashier areas up front on the same side. The store is clean and tidy and looks like it is in better shape.

They tried to intimidate me. She asked if I was my full name & I Then said Val... she proceed to say my full name & spell it out with my last name as well. When I called to speak to a manager...Girl please. please don't forget it either. What is wrong with y'all. Then she's trying to gaslight me & say I'm confused was it In the clearance isle or was it a mobile price! Omg what the hell! Not even worth it at that point. I'm not intimidated I'm pissed! If she didn't have such a nasty attitude & wasn't being conniving about the situation I wouldn't have even called but calling did me no good! We get an estimated window of 2 hours but I have never had to wait the full time. Once we arrive I have never waited more than 5 minutes to pick up my order. This is so incredibly helpful esp with an infant. Shopping alone is sometimes hard when they are this young and having a reliable service is so great! The only downfall is for the store itself, they are constantly out of so many things. Which is great when considering that means folks are really enjoy these same items, but the difficulty of getting things becomes a hit or miss. Overall, can't recommend target pick up service enough.

I showed up hours later and they had no records of it and it's deleted off my Walgreens app. Then I'm told it's another 3 hours because they "just received it". I essentially had to go sit in pain all day because I chose Walgreens, then they said it was my fault.

I have learned that this pharmacy can compound custom medications for people and pets, including flavored options for animals (!!!). Surprisingly there are lots of toys and candies (at child level), greeting cards, sodas as well as gift items and medical supplies. So bring in your kids, your elderly parent, your dog (maybe?), your spouse. I must find out more about these flavored meds for pets.

Every time she calls, I feel as if I am her only customer! She is very attentive and goes that extra mile to find what other pharmacies said could not be done. She has delivered on what we preferred every time! She even called US to let us know it was time to refill and she took the initiative to make sure she had our brand in stock before we ran out. There is no drive thru and I can not compulsively shop while waiting in line for what seems like hours at other pharmacies. I am okay with that! It feels "small town, old-school" with exceptional service and that kind of customer attention is very hard to come by these days!

Really pathetic that someone who went to school to indirectly help people with their medication doesn't want to do that unless it only involves pushing a button to dispense medication. I see other reviews where they reported him to the Board of Professional Regulation. I did same for refusing to coordinate with my Dr and perform basic required pharmacist skills. I try to give the small guys some business, and this is why we use cvs or walgreens. They provide basic customer service.

Mind you, I just got new insurance and CVS is one of the options by way of Optum. I assured him that he was incorrect and then he says 'call your insurance, they'll tell ya'.... Historically we've enjoyed using Walgreens for our meds and I WOULD MUCH RATHER stay with Walgreens because this gentleman who called me was extremely unprofessional!
