I would/will not hesitate to hire them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Alan to replace cedar shakes and do some finishing woodwork on the exterior of our home…read more We met Alan based on a referral from another home services company. From the beginning, Alan was methodical, communicative and prompt. He showed up to give us an estimate and answered my numerous questions about the job at hand. By the end of the same day of his initial visit, we had a detailed estimate in email, which we approved. Our house was remodeled in the past with uniqueness and quality materials in mind, but with 80% completion on many aspects. We needed a contractor who could help complete our unique vision. Alan replaced a large area of cedar shakes on the back of our home, helping erase the evidence of a decayed deck we previously removed. He also crafted a solution for a corner where the previous homeowner didn't seal up the house properly. Alan was organized and gave great attention to detail. He communicated his arrival and departures each day, and ended up finishing ahead of schedule. I am super happy with the level of attention that was paid to each detail of the job, and will hire Alan again for a future project.

I really enjoyed talking with him as did my mother-in-law. And then I never heard anything back from him. I figured he was busy so I gave him a couple weeks. A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

I received a response from Tim who came to the site, inspected the project and even agreed to proceed/provided a verbal estimate. Despite this, he then stopped answering my messages and calls. I assume that this project ultimately wasn't worth his time but this is a business not a dating app. Communication should be a basic requirement and they fell flat here.

They communicated well from start to finish, everything happened on schedule, and there were no surprises, all of which were priorities for us in pursuing this work on a fixed budget. Vlad and his team are extraordinary in more ways than I can probably describe in a (brief) review…read more He and his team stepped in during a complicated and very demanding bathroom repair and remodel, and in every way, at every iteration and step of managing the project distinguished himself as easily the best contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. And that is having built two homes and many remodels as well as construction projects outside of our own homes. Vlad and his brothers and the people he hires to work alongside him are the most professional and meticulous craftsmen we have ever worked with. They are profoundly respectful of our home and workspace, and there was not a single instance where we worried about damage to our home, as they made sure every surface was protected and clean at the end of every day. To say that they take their workmanship seriously is an understatement. They hold themselves to a standard that is unlike any I have ever experienced. At many points during the project without being asked, they redid framing and other elements of the project so that their own work would not be compromised in the slightest. I could write volumes about how they took a very challenging project potentially fraught with many potential wrong turns and brought it to completion with such calm and respectful competency that my wife and I still comment almost daily on how good of an experience it was. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.
