Wayne Teti is a thief. If he thinks his employees don't work hard enough, he will take money out of their paycheck. If a mistake is mad, he blames it on his employees and takes money out of their paycheck. If he thinks is a subcontractor, he doesn't pay them. Wayne and his crew came in a worked miracles on our 1972 ranch master bathroom. The room is the smallest room in the house and now it is the most beautiful room in the house. It has a spa-like feeling. I had to make several trips to Lowes do to them sending the wrong items for the job, but I had absolutely no problem leaving them in my home alone. They were very professional and courteous. At the end of each day, the workspace was cleaned up and their equipment was put away. At the end of the project, they cleaned my garage and even took my (we did our own demo) demo debris to the dump. Wayne and his crew did an excellent job doing a variety of upgrades. He stands behind all his work and his bid was very reasonable! I would have him back for any future work we'd need. We had him replace our laminate flooring with luxury vinyl plank. He also replaced 3 toilets, 4 bathroom sinks and faucets, our kitchen sink, and a dishwasher. He replaced all the PVC water lines with stainless steel braided ones on all our sinks and toilets. We had him do some drywall repair which you can't even tell it was done!! He was able to get all this done in 3 days and only a week after he gave us his bid. He cleaned up every day after completion. I highly recommend hIm and his crew!! read more

Had Jt construction come out with lowes kept telling me he was the best. Demo went fast and furious with a 30,000 doller remodeling budget for new kitchen. Yes other people made mistakes however when it got tough I felt like I got left hi and dry. My remodel was suposed to take 6weeks max but after his team member screwed up the handles on five of my drawers it is still not resolved this now month 4 months later. Why because every time they came to do something a mistake was made then it took another two trips to get it half assed corrected. I am so fed up with being lied to by the owner Wayne that he be there to fix it only to send out another of his low experience workers who just screw it up even more. He overbooked his jobs and said he was going to come over and work on my project but called at the last minute and said he had something urgent to take care of, I later found out that he went to work on someone else's house. We have just finished a month long renovation and repair project with Wayne Teti of JT Interiors; and it feels as though we are losing our best friend. We cannot say enough about the working relationship we had with Wayne, and his two assistants Nate and Kyle, during this project. From the first contact until the completed project we worked as a team to identify the scope and issues of the project and to make corrections as we went along. Our sink literally fell out of the counter. We did not really know who to contact to make this kind of repair, so we went several weeks living with it. Ann mentioned this to a friend she walks with and was told that JT Interiors had done a terrific job of renovation her kitchen and bathrooms. We went to see for ourselves, and were truly impressed. Terry contacted JT Interiors through their website and gave a brief description of what he thought was needed. The next day Wayne Teti contacted us and we made an appointment for him to review what our issues were. We were impressed with Wayne the moment he walked through our door. Wayne is a dynamic person to talk to, and he really knew what our problems were and what we needed. We were under no pressure, but after talking with Wayne, we made the decision to proceed with a kitchen renovation. The three of us discussed the scope of work, and Wayne told us he would prepare a detailed quotation within the next two days. Two days later we received a quote from Wayne that laid out the materials and labor necessary to complete each phase of the project: Sink and faucet Counter top Back splash Dish washer Garbage disposal Cabinets Painting Et Cetera We asked Wayne to give us a comparison between refurbishing our old cabinets or replacing them with new cabinets. We thought Wayne was honest and helpful with us when he told us that our current cabinets were quality made and would serve us very well if they were refurbished rather than replaced. Our estimate savings was about $10,000. Overall, we found Wayne's proposal very reasonable. We approved the quote and signed a contract for the renovation. Wayne, Nate, and Kyle started work the next Monday. Working as a team, they expertly prepared the kitchen area within a couple of days and then began the process of rebuilding the area. The first week of the project centered around the refurbishing process of the cabinets; using their own process they stripped the cabinet doors and drawers from their old finishings. We discussed staining or painting the doors and drawers and following Wayne's recommendation we selected painting. After the stripped doors had cured, they were primed and painted. In the meantime, the interior cabinetry was prepped and then painted. All the doors and drawers were fitted with new pulls which required drilling holes in all of the doors and drawers. When the finished product was assembled, it was beautiful. Ann said this was the best kitchen she has ever had, and she is proud of it. Along the way, there were other issues which arose, which required amendments to the original scope and contract. Wayne, Nate, and Kyle were easy to work with, and went beyond the original requirements on several items to make sure any renovations or repairs met our satisfaction. There were several issues which the original home builder either cut corners on or simply did not do an adequate job. These items were corrected on the spot. To summarize: As noted above; when this project was finished Ann and I felt like we were losing best friends. All three of these guys were a joy to meet and work with. We would whole heartedly recommend JT Interiors for your home renovation or repair needs.
