Alexei was super communicative, arrived right now time and got to work immediately. We ran into a small issue around the width of the door being about 1/2" too wide and walked through some options. He took his time and even made sure that the doors were more secure than they were previously by adding some longer screws. He made sure he cleaned up everything and checked in multiple times along the way to make sure everything looked good. Super impressed and have hired him for other projects now too!

A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

And that is having built two homes and many remodels as well as construction projects outside of our own homes. Vlad and his brothers and the people he hires to work alongside him are the most professional and meticulous craftsmen we have ever worked with. They are profoundly respectful of our home and workspace, and there was not a single instance where we worried about damage to our home, as they made sure every surface was protected and clean at the end of every day. To say that they take their workmanship seriously is an understatement. They hold themselves to a standard that is unlike any I have ever experienced. At many points during the project without being asked, they redid framing and other elements of the project so that their own work would not be compromised in the slightest. I could write volumes about how they took a very challenging project potentially fraught with many potential wrong turns and brought it to completion with such calm and respectful competency that my wife and I still comment almost daily on how good of an experience it was. They replaced two windows last July (2024). Did a great job. Professional and friendly. The only…read more"issue" was getting the windows from manufacturer (Milgard). It took longer than expected. lifetime was communicative. We had such a good experience we called them to add a window but they didn't seem interested. Did not come out to provide estimate. Said the "engineering" and permitting would be expensive. Instead, we worked with city building inspection/permitting. Wrote our own permit application, drew diagram, and paid the cheap fee of $30. All approved; no issues. Window was not of the quality we could have purchased from lifetime but at least I have a window in what was a previously dark cave of a bathroom! We will try to use them again in future if need arises. Don't confuse this company with Lifetime exteriors (I don't believe it's same company).
