Megan did a fantastic job for our move-out cleaning! We don't live in the same city and we just texted to schedule everything. She responded to my text so fast, and was very flexible with the date and time. Our last tenant left some trash in the house and we didn't know about that. It was not supposed to be part of the move-out cleaning, but when I brought it up, she didn't hesitate to go back and helped us take out all the trash anyway. There was no electricity in the house after the tenant moved out, that she had to go through all the trouble and cleaned the fireplace little by little without a vacuum. Transformative! It's hard to describe the amazing work and attention to detail that Meg has. As a prior "type-A" with an eye for the smallest particulars, Meg is the first person I have met that has that same and even better commitment and quality of work. We have had different and some very good housekeepers over the last 22 years in our home and none of them come close to what Meg provides. I was in the hospital diagnosed with a brain injury and things started to fall behind in my home. It began to weigh heavy on my family and my guilt of not having a perfectly clean house was becoming overwhelming. I tried all different types of cleaners and organizers but none of them brought my house up to speed despite gladly paying hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Well, Meg came to my house yesterday and my life and my family's life have changed. I was embarrassed from some of the clutter and Meg was the kindest and most understanding person that for the first time made me feel okay about my situation. She spent over 9 hours deep cleaning my house and made it look like a model home. My family and I are astonished. She cleaned and organized every room and cleaned things and areas that I hadn't cleaned in months, including our blinds, refrigerator, high dusting, dusting and arranging my entire photo-full mantle, dusting and arranging my son's shelves of Legos and figurines, and moving and cleaning under all the movable furniture.
