On seafair weekend in Seattle, we knew it wouldn't be immediate - no matter what we did - but we were pretty close to ditching our car in a not-so-safe spot overnight - or sleeping in it. So I had to try. While other towing companies had an estimated arrival of multiple hours into the future, Bellevue Towing (Richard) had our back. He said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" - his confidence & expedience absolutely shocked us. I said "are you able to quote me for a tow from Bellevue to Issaquah, because I have a maximum reimbursement rate with my insurance", and he told me. To be candid, I was skeptical that he'd hold to the rate. But this man was honest! Not only did he arrive less than 15 minutes later, have our car loaded in 5, and met us without issue at our mechanic - but he also e charged us exactly what he quoted. Richard was truly nothing but professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. He was quick, did everything by the book, and honestly turned around a really crappy day just by being our friendly savior. I will be recommending Bellevue Towing (and Richard!) to everyone I know! Don't waste 7hrs sitting in line with your insurance... just call Bellevue Towing.

They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. I even tried to tip him for his help, but he declined and said he was just doing his job. A few days later I came by Superior Towing to pick up my personal belongings from my car. Mike happened to be there and helped me get my belongings and went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything I needed. I begged him to please let me run inside to grab my wallet and assured that he could accept a debit or credit card . He agreed and told me to hurry up, and he will wait for me. So I sprinted in the house grabbed my phone and my wallet and right away heard his truck leaving. I chased him waving my arms and yelling for him to stop but he kept going...
