They're so reasonable. They're so nice. They told me I can even call them when I get back and they would pick me up at the airport which is great because it is near my house. read more

My parent relies on medical transportation for essential appointments. This company has failed them repeatedly. Chronic lateness, no communication, rude reception, and absolutely no accountability. Not once have they arrived on time. Many times they never arrived at all. Because of their negligence, my parent has missed medical visits, been forced to wait hours with no updates, and even been turned away from appointments because they caused them to miss the scheduled slot. I have had to step in, rearrange appointments, and send my own Uber because they simply did not show. The final incident sealed it. They were scheduled to pick up my parent and never came. Forty five minutes past pickup we were told they had no driver and were still "locating one." They never called back. Hours later, for the return trip, they still had no driver. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for anyone, especially individuals with medical needs who depend on reliable transportation. This review comes from both a personal and professional standpoint. I work in communications within the healthcare field. Reliability and transparency matter. Communication matters. Professionalism matters. This company consistently demonstrates the opposite. Their Yelp rating under two stars already reflects these issues. Their pattern of rude and defensive replies to customer reviews on Google supports it too. I have attached their response to my Google review for anyone who needs further proof of how they speak to the very patients they are supposed to serve. A simple apology and a willingness to look into the matter would have prevented the complaints I'm filing against them. Instead they doubled down, so I will too. I will leave honest reviews on every platform available and I will submit formal complaints through every appropriate channel. And those complaints will reach the right desks because I work in healthcare and communications. Public relations is literally what I do. I know exactly where and how to escalate issues like this. I strongly urge anyone with a vulnerable family member to choose another provider. Your loved ones deserve better than this. read more

I called the base asked the price. I get in the cab he drives me home and when I get there I pay him how he wants to tell me I still owe him money I told him to call the base he refused so I asked him how much do I owe he wouldn't answer then he said the system is wrong .I told him I asked the dispatcher before I even said yes to a cab the price was the same as the text I received with time price and make and model of the car I see on his phone that it says the same as what I told him . I feel he was trying to rob me so I get out the cab he leaves well I called the dispatcher to complain about how the cab driver was dishonest and tried to charge me more and he was dismissive all he asked is if I paid the driver I said yes and hung up on me !! The service is horrible!!! I guess this is how I have to get my complaint heard. Dispatcher was rude and didn't care how his drivers treat the customers . The quality of service sucks!!!! read more

Wish I could give them a zero. They don't communicate. They tell me I can pay in cash or card but then the driver only accepts cash. The second time I paid in cash but they already charged me. The driver was kind and didn't take my money. The third time, I ordered a cab for 6 am. The driver arrives while I'm still in the air. I was able to pick up and say he was very early. It was 5:15 but I would hustle and make my way outside. I did. The driver canceled the ride without even notifying me. I call the dispatch and he says they out the call out and anyone within 30 mins can pick it up. But they can also cancel. Now I get to wait 26 mins after the dispatcher told me 10 to get me off the phone. Now they won't even pick up. This is why uber and Lyft were created. This is why these mom and pop shops get shut down. It's a shame because the drivers need jobs. Hope they go to another company. read more

Very nasty company, they don't fucking show up, and they don't even call, I schedule a pickup for my grandma, they don't show up I have to pay $150 Uber out of my pocket and to kill the shit they didn't even pick her up to take her back home from her appointment, I wish I could give them 0 starts, do not use the company, READ THE REVIEWS, they got 3.5 review rate that's nasty and confirm they don't give a fuck about the patients time, oh and when I called they girl told me ''I don't even know if we have a driver'' Like REALLY? read more

Do Not Use this car service. I had a medical appointment today and I called the company waiting for my arranged ride and it never showed up. The dispatcher told me that they called me in the morning, and that's a lie the phone number to the car service never appeared on my call list. Then after 6 calls the incompetent dispatcher told me the car was on a tracking app that I could follow but the car never showed up. The car service and dispatcher are both useless. So sad when you try to support a business and they can't get their business in order. DO NOT RECOMMEND F - minus. T I had to reschedule my appointment but will never ever use Mega !!! read more

Twice this evening I called and the dispatcher(lady) gives the driver the wrong address. It's ridiculous I spoke in spanish and when I called again to let her know I spoke English. Even like that she gave the drivers wrong address! read more

Tf is with this bullshit ass place man. Order a car to the crib, and the driver calls with mad background noise, thought it was the music. He goes oh I'm here in front in a black car. He pulls up, I go to get in the car, and realize there's 2 dudes and a damn dog. I'm like wtf aren't you the car service? And they laugh and say nah. Bruh he stays out front my crib and I called the number back and it goes to voicemail. The car chills for a few mins then dips. Like they dead tryna fuck people over. 3 men in a car like I fee they was tryna kidnap me or some shit read more

Only because i can't give 0 stars. But heads up yall, ive taken Sunset park Car Service for four years and I've always gone to the same destination. But for some reason, today... the dispatcher told me the ride would be 12 dollars, which is the usual. But when we were in the cab, the driver said it would be 25 dollars. So i got out the cab and walked back to the building to talk to the dispatcher about the driver charging me 25 when it was 12. The dispatcher laughed at my face like it was funny. I should've spat in his face for lying to me. read more

Great price for my airport ride a nice low flat rate cheaper than Uber. The taxi was in front 25 minutes early waiting on me which was great, I left early. The ride was pleasant and secured. They only forgot to give me a wake up call which I had asked the dispatcher to wake me up. Good thing my alarm did it for me. read more

My car got hit and I ask the place if I could see the camera they said no .i need prove to file a report but they just said no also the place if very dirty read more

I use these guys all the time because they're cheap, but never again - at least not for airport pick up. They can never find you, always go to the wrong terminal, tell you they'll be 20 mins and often take over an hour. So worth the extra &15 to use Uber or something after a long flight. read more

This car service is disgusting. They have no respect for people. They stood and laughed in our face. And when I say our face , I speak of three children as well. Being that it's cold out and we've been waiting for more than ten minutes. They let some lady who just arrived at the station take the next available car. And then as we protested that we've been waiting for more than ten minutes they laughed at us. This is not how a business should be run . These if you want to call them human are despicable. Take your money somewhere else. read more

Use this car service all the time as do my friends. Tonight they senrT a car who overcharged by $6.00 for a local ride. Will never use again and will advise all my friends to never use again. Hate to be overcharged. Not good business ethics. Called Sunset to complain. Have not got a return call. read more

AVOID! Really unprofessional experience. A ride that only takes 20 minutes took over an hour and a half. The driver didn't use GPS and got lost various times. Due to his lack of proficient English I was unable to give him helpful directions. I would highly recommend a service where drivers use GPS. read more

I take them frequently for various reasons. A, they're local. B. They are a mom and pop company compared to Uber and Lyft, so I wanted to support. But I can no longer support. I pay $25 to get to work, but most of the drivers refuse to use GPS and then I spend the trip telling them how to get there. I'm not riding a cab to have to instruct the driver how to get to the destination. Just downloaded the Lyft app. read more
