First and foremost, do not waste your time or money coming here…read more As a Miami native, I was genuinely disappointed by both the food and the level of service. Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor patio with a fun South Beach vibe, and I can see why so many people enjoy spending time there. The service was friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant experience. Many online reviews also praise the lively ambiance and consistently good service. (Tripadvisor) As someone who doesn't eat meat, I appreciated that there were vegetarian options available. I ordered the avocado toast, which was fresh but fairly ordinary and lacked the flavor I was hoping for. It was good, just not memorable. Overall, The Social Club is worth visiting for the atmosphere, drinks, and people-watching, but I expected more from the food. I'd consider going back for the vibe, though I'd probably try something different from the menu next time.

Prices are par of the course on Ocean Drive, take that as you may. They also have the 20 percent automatic tip and a prompt to add more. I ordered a glass of Cab Sab to avoid a cocktail that's more mixer than alcohol and that was actually pretty good. The wine was nice and full bodied. Next up was my $26 Americano Burger with fries. The fries were nice and crispy, and I had them with more than a couple of the little packs that reminded me of elementary school instead of a squeeze bottle like I'm used to from other restaurants. I asked for bbq sauce to dip the fries, and got it after I was done with the fries so I used it instead with the burger. I asked for said burger with no pickles and medium well. While the temperature of the burger was as requested, the burger was overly salty and the American cheese seemed like the squeezable "cheese whiz" type. Also guess what offensive condiment was in the bottom bun? Yes the pickles! While I started to eat the burger keto style (without the bun) I left most of it. While the waitress said she had put the order as no pickle, maybe the kitchen messed up my request.

The alfredo pasta had no seasoning to it tastes like it was noodles with heavy cream and salt. The atmosphere felt weird and felt more like a scheme running place rather than a genuine restaurant. Gave an extra star for the server who was very kind and polite otherwise would've been 1 star review.

Located inside the Found Hotel (a Marriott Edition), Bar Luca is a little restaurant with a beautiful bar area and attractive decor. The wicker-seated chairs aren't super comfortable, but they have other options. The service was friendly and prompt, and the food arrived quickly and steaming hot. Portions are huge - easily large enough to split. Expect tons of garlic. Prices seem typical for Miami Beach; $20 cocktails, $22 glasses of wine and entreés are ~$30+. Please note they have an 18% service added to the bill. The worst part was the bathroom experience. They're down a badly-maintained staircase behind the host stand, through an untidy/messy lobby (we saw piles of dirty towels and someone's bike). The women's bathroom smelt terrible, like they hadn't emptied the trash in days. The floor was filthy, one toilet had leaked, and there was no soap. Such a terrible shame, it let the whole experience down.

We later realized the restaurant was actually part of a hotel, which we had no idea about when we stopped. The setting was definitely the star for us. The outdoor area is beautiful and inviting, and we honestly found ourselves more mesmerized by the surroundings than the food. But the service... absolutely everything! Emilio was wonderful! He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest about the menu. We really appreciated that he didn't just try to sell us on everything. He listened to what we liked and guided us toward what he thought we would actually enjoy. The food itself was okay. Nothing we tried particularly blew us away, but the menu is pretty varied, and there were definitely other dishes that caught our attention. Would I come back? I actually wouldn't mind! Between the beautiful setting, the atmosphere, and Emilio's excellent service, I'd happily return and explore more of the menu. Sometimes the overall experience is what brings you back, and this place definitely has that going for it.

I started with the Stuffies which were amazing! The baked clams were dressed up nicely and these were very tasty. The stone crabs were delicious and I loved the dipping sauce it came with. Granted we visited outside of stone crab season and so I'd love to come back when the crabs are more fresh and in season. It also came with sides of hash browns, creamed spinach, and a grilled tomato. While I appreciate the quantity and variety they gave, these sides were a miss for me. The pre fixe concluded with my choice of the Key Lime Pie which was a nice ending for the meal. Nicely balanced between tart and sweetness. My only note would be for the crust layer to be bigger since it would help balance out the pie portion a bit better. We also got the fried chicken which is a steal for only $9. Excellent and crispy skin and very moist! The only dry piece was the breast unfortunately, but otherwise it's hard to find a better fried chicken at this price.
